Very yummy, and Cinnabon is always busy but I see why! Lines are always very long though.
Waited in the long line for NoThing!!! No sign saying there is no mini dog on Sunday or whatever! Waited more than 10 min for the cashier to tell me “mini dog not today” with a smile. Pfff!
General Manager Jennifer is amazing!! She cares about the customers! The food was amazing too!
Typical Auntie Anne's, although the line here is very long and only one register working. I'm assuming they are short staffed like everyone else. Expect to stand in line for at least 15 minutes.
Firstly... the line situation! The registers have no barrier in front of them do you think you can stand there and order. No. An employee a bit down comes over and tells us the line is to our left at the Cinnabon. They need and barrier and signage.The soft pretzels were hard. Most off the items we wanted, they didn't have. No mustard. They didn't provide us with straws or napkins., had to ask for those. They were back all the way over by the line!Very disorganized.

Ordered through DoorDash tonight. The dasher who picked it up said the restaurant has thrown away my order because the dasher was “an hour late”, but in fact he was 30 minutes early. The dasher said the lady was very rude when he showed her the order he received on his phone and that he was not late. Overall, disappointing experience
Horrible. Pretzel bites were black and burnt. I asked for a different cup of them. The old lady who called herself the manager was RUDE. Acted like she wanted to literally fist fight me. I told her to just give me my money back and she continued to argue. Told her she can just refund my money and no need to keep talking but she told me to shut up. After she handed me a random $5 bill from the till, I’m sure that was also incorrect, she told me to never come back. Sure! Not EVEN a problem! HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! This place is amazing workers are nice today we went to buy mini pretzels and they had extra and the nice boss gave us 13 for $20 if u ever visit the galleriaIn Dallas go to auntie Anne's.
