Manager/supervisor was bullying staff in front of customers. Staff was doing fine, but obviously exhausted from free pretzel day. Manager/supervisor comes in taunting them about fatigue. Belittling them while doing little to nothing to help. Quite frankly that guy is an a**hole.
This location is always out of pretzels, so unless you like the pretzel nuggets don’t even bother. Lines are always long despite that though. That’s all.
Asked for garlic and Parmesan, they didn’t have it. So asked for sour cream and onion instead and they said that they don’t have it at this location despite it being on the menu. Had to wait a really long time for my third choice and the first pretzel I got was stale

I can Guarantee that I will not come back here. My wife wanted auntie Anne’s, so I drove 30 minutes from McKinney just to get a pretzel because it says you are open until 9pm. But you ARE NOT. I wasted an hour of my time and gas. Is the owner going to compensate me for that due to his lack of attention? This is extremely inconvenient and needless to say I am irritated. Keep on top of your stuff. One lack on someone’s part, costs someone else. Find some professionalism and keep on top of your business.
This location open at 11 am not 10 like its said on here.

Love their pretzels! Mango ice drink is a little meh though. All and all a great place to get a snack!
