What a great place, I enjoyed every minute that I had there

Service is always excellent here. Breakfast was good, but the smoked duck breast was not present. My husband was so sad. They make an awesome breakfast smoothie. Make to to ask about them.
The food and service was excellent. Had their pork chop and it was wonderful!
A very busy hotel made for a very slow night in the restaurant. We didn't mind the 45 minute wait, but we waited longer once seated. Service was inconsistent and seemed to pass us by. When the food arrived it was not hot, but more luke warm. Didn't mention it as I wanted to eat and go. Feels like the menu could offer some more "normal" options. If it's the only place in this huge hotel, more variety might have been nice. Expensive, coupled with slow service, cold food and a little attitude didn't make for a nice experience. My hotel stay was great and I will return.
Tried out this restaurant for the first time for fathers day. Experience was 10/10 with food and service.
My overall rating was based on not getting to dine at the restaurant. I had to rate all categories to get to the experience prompt. The restaurant allowed, and sent confirmation for, a 2p.m. reservation on Father's Day. When we arrived at 1:50p.m. we were told they closed at 2 p.m. and reopened at 5 p.m. for dinner. Then because Open Table reflected the booking, the app prevented me from making reservations at any other restaurant stating I had a booking around the same time at Asador. Luckily my daughter was able to use her app to find us another restaurant.
Itâs a hotel restaurant. People milling in and out that are residing at the hotel. Our waiter was pretty chill to the point of forgetting things we ordered. It took forever to get drinks from bar. The food was OK, not so delicious that Iâm going back. It was an overall mediocre experience; in fact I was disappointed considering price point and service.

Pork belly and scallop appetizers were ok, steak and shrimp and grits were slightly above average.
