I’ve been coming here for almost year and never had had an issue until today. I brought 4 family members and myself to all get mani pedis and the pedicures were great! My family members had great manicures as well however my manicure was disappointing. I got a simple acrylic set. The lady doing my nails was a little rude and did not listen to any of my requests. I asked her if the base color was a little light and she completely dismissed me and told me that she’s been doing this for a long time so she knows what’s good and what’s not. Then I asked her not to drill under my nails at the end so I could keep my natural nail. And she drilled them and ruined my natural nail. She also got a little aggressive after I asked about the nail color and cut me multiple times while drilling down my nails. She didn’t even put oil on my cuticles at the end. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.Services: Pedicures
Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment at 1 pm. I got there early and they accomodated me early which was great. I always get the dip powder and tips. This is my third time to come here out of need for convenience. The first lady put on the tips so they didn't even cover all of my nails. When I mentioned it she got frustrated and said someone else would come do my nails and added $5 to my bill. About 45 minutes later the second lady came to do my nails and she was better and then added another $10 to my bill. It's now after 3 before I'm leaving and questioning them about the added charges and mentioning that I had been there for about 2 1/2 hours by this time when I initially told them I was in a rush to get out of town but they didn't care to hear any of that they just want your money and to overcharge you. My opinion is that it is extremely overpriced for very mediocre services. I will never be back, I'll go somewhere that is more efficient and doesn't overcharge.Service: Manicures
I went on Tuesday to get a pedicure and a dip I was only able to get a pedicure. I was disappointed because by the time they were done with my pedicure no one had started on my dip yet so I decided to leave and came back two days later and Zed did a awesome job on my nails I loved them. The lady that did my pedicure also did a good job but I didn’t get her name. ( and yes I asked what was taking so long but the lady told me they are short staffed)
Loved this place. I took in a photo of what I wanted and they did it perfectly. Super clean and professional with very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
The space was clean and welcoming. Although there was lots of people being serviced, there was NO WAIT. They are efficient and accommodating, as I overheard another client expressing her wants (in my opinion we're a little nit-picky) her curist made sure she received what she asked for.I received the Basic Mani and the Bronze Pedi... my experience was lovely. KIM, my curist, was friendly and efficient. I loved her attention to detail from making sure the nail color covered my ENTIRE nail to massaging spot on my feet that I didn't realize needed massaging. I went today to get a pedicure and I had to keep telling the lady to keep scraping my bottom of my foot, I felt like when you get a pedicure they should take off ALLL the callus if you’re paying extra for it - Because it’s not included in the pedicure it’s self. I was expecting my feet baby bottom soft but she still left them ruff☹️
I have been to this nail salon 3 times! My first two experiences were great! But this last time was terrible! This lady was rushing through my manicure and didn’t do a good job or even buff my nails!Then told me I was cheap cause I didn’t want to pay extra for callus removal. I kindly explained to her I was capable of doing so myself. She massaged me extremely rough and said , “ you probably won’t tip”. Amd gave me the slip to pay at the front. I really wanted to go off, but I paid and left. I’m never going back there.
Great customer service and they do beautiful work. The front desk take’s care of you as soon as you walk in.
This was my first time here. I found them because they are near my kickboxing studio. I made an appointment and got set up pretty quickly. The manager and my nail techs were very nice. Andy did my pedicure and Ruby did my manicure. They both took their time and made my experience relaxing. I love that they had hot tea as a drink option as well.My gel mani/pedi on my natural nails is gorgeous. I will report back in how long it lasts. I am a PE teacher, so my hands and nails can get rough. I will be back to Aria Nail Bar!Services: Manicures
