Food was good but service was horrible 1st waited 10min before we got waited on then when we ordered our food we told the waitress we wanted the desserts after we finish dinner then when we finished we had to wait another 10min for dessert so I just told her nevermind and just give me my money back then when she came back I told I don't even want my kids dessert either..she said they came with the kids meal which they didn't and I told her that so then she went and fixed that finally she came back with the receipt fixed gave her my money..And had to wait another 10min for my change.. Now the food is good but the restaurant is to Ghetto.. Don't get me wrong I'm from the hood.but the area it's in I thought it would be better service.. The waitress was nice but the service wasn't good..
I had the rib eye steak cooked medium rare. It had a great charcoal char on both sides and the flavor was great to my palate. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. So delicious as always. Great service. The steak was cooked just right.
Sent in a to go order, sat in my car 10 after saying I've arrived, went inside and waiting almost 10 min for someone to acknowledge me to see find that my food had been just sitting on the shelf waiting the whole time. Not the portion size I was expecting and service was horrible.
We got seated at a table in the bar area. The other patrons were obnoxiously loud. So loud we couldn't have a conversation. The bartender was egging on those same patrons. She was just as loud as they were. So much for catching up with friend we had not seen in two years! $70 dollar went to waste.
I’ve been there 3 times and everytime I got we get seated and we been there for 30 minutes no server, no nothing.. we just seated there looking everywhere just waiting for a server to come at our table.. ????, and then when the server get there and ask us what we want to drink, they take our order and take 25 minutes to get drinks back ????no good … WE NEED A GOOD RESTAURANT THAT CAN HELP US. AND SERVER TO BRING OUR DRINKS, AND FOOD ON TIME !!!!!!
Sitting here right now. Not packed at all. No plates for appetizers although i asked twice. Ordered a beer, never came. Asked twice on that too. Took forever to order. Asked for salt and pepper. Yea that never came either. Would i recommend this place? Nope.
Stood at the door waiting to be seated for 5 min. Literally No customers were in, so it wasn’t any kind of busy. Everyone saw us standing there and we didn’t get so much as a greeting. We literally said “hey” and the bartender said “hi” back (our only acknowledgment). A waiter walked around the corner and saw us and turned around immediately without saying a word. We waited a couple more minutes before walking out and as we were literally opening the door and leaving I heard someone walk up behind me and ask “table for two”…
Service was kind of bad. Food was not that great My guess got their food before we did And how to sit there and watch us finish our meal. I know things are bad right now the way things are going is the going but if you're gonna have an establishment open is establishment open you need to have it working properly for the customers who do come in.
Our server , march, visited us twice throughout our 45 min dine in experience. She was on her phone as I was looking at her playing on her phone waiting for our drinks to be refilled. When the food came out my classic Alfredo was cold and my buddy's steak was over cooked but after hearing the only 2 servers bad mouth one of the only regulars giving this place business, we decided to just stomach what we had been given. The Bahama mamas were not good we got 4 , w each and the second one that came was way over done on the alcohol and over powered the flavor. My Alfredo tasted like the broccoli was picked straight from the dirt and boiled and not even cooked it was almost raw. The noodles were undercooked and tough. The chicken even in Alfredo sauce was dry and gritty.My buddy liked his steak but said it was a steak for a kids portion.Overall will not be back here. Not just for the lack of quality in food but for the being one of 2 patrons here the entire time we were there tells me the service here is enough to stay away permanently. Good luck Applebee's. You have lost this ol boys patronage.
Went in at 4 on a Thursday, maybe 10 people in the place all together, only a family of 4 in the actual lobby, everyone else was at the bar. We stood there for 20 minutes as we watched each member of staff pass by us without any word at all. We just walked out after the server passed us for the 4th time without saying anything. And they have the nerve to be hiring, I see why
