I've been coming to Ann's for years, as they're more convenient than anything across the river, but I might not be going back for a while. I went in, wearing my mask, but no one else was masked. One guy decided he needed to comment on that and I should have left then. For a place with "health" in its name, the entire thing was disappointing. Maybe I'll go back when all this is over.
Antonio’s attitude is horrible. A simple question of “are you guys staying open all day due to weather” bothered him and he hung up the phone because I corrected his sarcastic remark about “we can’t endanger our employees”… Why would me asking about closing time insinuate endangering the employees *face palm* ..I was asking to see around what time I could come pick something up. I thought common sense would explain that. Wow some people are so special. Im sorry you’re upset you had to be at work today & dont get paid the amount you would like. For this to be a health food store, you'd think the energy would be different. I don’t mind matching it though. I truly pray for you?

This is an excellent family owned business. It's a wholesome health shop. Their pharmacy is well stocked with a wide range of vitamins. There's also a small efficient diner where you can get healthy delicious smoothies, while you can also do your groceries shopping. Customer Service is absolutely adorable.
Anne’s is literally an Oak Cliff gem! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the products are always on point. I shop here instead of Whole Foods for stuff like probiotics and vitamins as well as the BEST body washes and lotions. Love keeping thing local and getting awesome service in return!
After witnessing the disgusting treatment of two customers, AT THE HANDS OF THE OWNER NO LESS, after the fact they had paid those break neck prices. Making smart-mouthed Karen comments about the customers appearance was the deplorable. And you, ma'am are certainly not one to be bringing up other people's appearances and bringing up somebody else's mother is incredibly low and classless
