Love this location. I typically go about once a week with my daughter. Staff is always great and friendly. My favorite ice cream!

Please be careful when coming to this place. I literally had my card stolen here!!!! Not only did they steal my card here but had the audacity to use it at this location 3 times after they stole it. Just disputed with my bank over $400 worth of charges. Make sure you leave with your card in hand.

Came here while visiting Dallas and my niece always raving about Andy's. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all when arrived. This was perfect as we hard a large party with about 11 orders. Walked right up and friendly cashier took our orders. They immediately started making them and called out as each one was ready. This started to back them up as there was quickly a line of about 8 people. However, they did a great job of juggling these orders while taking new orders. Each item came out exactly as described and expected. The custard was very fresh, soft, and loaded with ingredients. We all ordered concretes, but some of the other items I saw came out looked good as well. It was a nice day, so we just sat outside at the sitting area and enjoyed the concretes. Good custard and good customer service.

My second time eating a small Butter Pecan Concrete in a cup and the second time my tastebuds were overjoyed. My husband had two scoops of vanilla custard in a waffle cone. I won!

Very disappointing! We had such a fun time at the park, just for my family's day to be ruined with this place. It was busy, as to be expected. I've worked as a Dairy Queen manager before, so I know how chaotic it can be at an ice cream place during peak times.I'm a patient person, so the long line didn't bother me. The wait for my order didn't bother me. What bothered me was that people who came after my family, with longer orders, got their order before us. Then, after everyone else had been served, they finally noticed me waiting on the side to ask what was missing (which was the whole order). It seemed they lost my order. Then after I repeated what the order was supposed to be, they came back with the incorrect order. When one of the workers asked for the receipt, and I explained that I was never given a receipt, the cashier rudely tried to fight that they did give me a receipt. I didn't have pockets or a purse, and I hadn't left the side of the register. I only had a clip on my phone. There was no way I had been given a receipt. We eventually got our order, with the cashier giving me an eye roll instead of an apology. Completely disorganized. One rude cashier. Never coming here again. The ice cream was not worth their terrible service.

We love Andy’s! We are here all the time at this new location, so fun with the kids, walking up is easy and fun, I wish there’s a little bit more seating but that’s OK! Everyone that works here has a great attitude also!

Always took my family to the Lake Highlands Andy's and it was great. Now we all go to this one in Richardson and it's great as well! Best treat on a hot summer day!

2nd visit went after work to add something set to my day... this made me sad. Spoke with manager we'll see if I try again.....

If I could rate lower I would. Our banana splits were half melted. We literally live 30 seconds from this location. One order had nuts and was thrown away due to a nut allergy. We might try again but a cone or something easy. This was our first time trying Andy’s and wasn’t very happy. We will try again to try another item. Staff was very friendly though.

Very good custard with wonderful toppings, especially the toasted walnuts. Portions are large.Too bad there were no indoor tables.
