Minus one star because not being able to see the menu from the ordering window is anxiety inducing! Look at the menu before you pull up!However I did get the turtle and it was very delicious!They mix the ingredients in fresh so the pecans were still perfectly crunchy and the flavoring was consistent throughout.

The custard here is so yummy, but the staff have no idea how to make a chocolate soda. I understand this is probably a less popular option as it’s more old fashioned, but it’s on the menu. I’ve tried on two separate occasions to order this here with little luck. I ordered an old fashioned chocolate soda tonight and received a milkshake blended with soda water. My first time coming here I was so excited to see old fashioned sodas on the menu, but I guess maybe people just don’t order them enough for the staff to know how to make them.
My family and I visited here on Father's Day 6/19/22 @9:35pm and ordered 4 small concretes. We are frequent customers at this particular location and always come here because we have always gotten good service. On this particular day the line was outrageous, wrapped around the building twice but we chose to stay bc the ice cream is delicious. Upon receiving all 4 concretes we notice the cups were filled 3/4, so we immediately asked for the full serving (to be filled to the top per usual). I was told the smalls were now medium as of tonight and then was showed a medium cup and he said it was a large. I didn't get the memo that the cup sizing were changing, the website remains the same, no note on the window to inform prior to ordering. During the conversation two of the employees then said we're running out of ice cream. O yea charge me the same price but cheat me on the ingredients and ice cream. This is what I call ripping the customer off to make the ice cream stretch. This is poor customer service and a bad look on Andy's. Liars!
This place is bomb! The best custard I've ever tasted. You can make your own treat with thousands of topics, pit it in a cup or cone. They have plenty of topics and the service is great you can order thru the window or thru your car. I definitely recommend this. Best place ever!
The custard and shake are very rich in flavor. Very tasty. This place is busy. I did not develop phlegm after eating which means the ingredients are of quality. I also did not sweat indicating they probably used real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.

Dozens of people in the drive threw and then the employees send everyone home 30 min before closing time. There was still custard coming out the machines, just looked like they wanted to close early. I will not be coming to this location anytime soon.
The one star is not for the ice cream. Love Andy’s ice cream. This location has a lack of customer service. The night manager (female) is snippy and has a very bad attitude. I’ve dealt with her on multiple occasions. Not the type to complain, but when you spend your money somewhere you’re paying for what you want. If someone pays extra for a specific topping, they should get that. Spending $20 on two regular concretes is not inexpensive, so when someone asks for extra strawberries or raspberries….give them just that. Yet, almost every time I stop by I’m given the regular amount of toppings that I’ve paid extra for. It literally has gotten to the point where I will order the concretes and go back after it’s made to pay for the additional topping so I know they put extra. This is so unnecessary. Do better. You charge too much for ice cream for it to not be right. Find new management and staff. Please ? the Carrollton location and the colony location are BY FAR better in all aspects.
