I truly enjoyed Aldeez. This was my first time here. I would say that the customer service need to be better. Once the waitress comes and takes your order. She doesn't come back until your done with your food. The oxtails are to die for. They were so juicy and tender. I loved the big ones they had so much meat on the bone. The macaroni was very good. I liked the spinach but didnt like the leaves in it. I loved the atmosphere and had a nice vibe. I took pictures. I will be back to check out some of the reggae parties and bands that they have Wed-Sun.

The food 5 stars, very flavorful and delicious. I only took off 1 star because my daughter and I waited about an hr & half to get our food. Most of the guests who came in after us had eaten and was leaving. The waitress was sweet, she came by frequently to check on us. We were about cancel and leave, but she said hold on don't cancel. They were having some technical issues going on with the kitchen printer printing orders. Other than that everything else was good. We both got the curry goat, I also had cabbage and fried rice. My daughter had Mac & cheese with her order, unfortunately she didn't like it, but it was edible.. I ordered a side of plantains. The curry goat and the rest of the sides, we had, were amazing. I haven't had curry goat in a long time so the flavor and spiciness brought back memories. We will be back for sure, when my other daughter return to the states.
Man, I was really impressed. The jerk chicken was on point, the curry goat and chicken was delicious but the rice and peas were so authentic, that you even tasted the coconut milk in it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was fully a Reggae music setting with its live band music belching out hits after hits. I can unequivocally say this is one of the best damn cooking of Jamaican cuisine in America. Dallas Texas, you have a gem ?
Im actually still here. I enjoyed the Ox Tails they had a little bit of a spice kick to them. I loved the sauteed spinach and the macaroni was good. This was my first time here and I will be back. I love the atmosphere.
Do NOT dine in, but if you do, just sit at the bar. Definitely don’t sit outside. The service is below sub par. We had to go in and ask for water, a to-go box, and even pay. If we walked out, the server probably wouldn’t have noticed. That’s how oblivious & aloof they are. The service there is pathetic. Just letting you know now before you decide to dine in. Oh and their plantain is NOT sweet. Yuck. Below is the goat curry. They used jollof rice for the rice & peas, which was not good. Good luck.
I ordered Jollof rice, plantains, and goat pepper soup. I’m didn’t really like the Jollof it was tasteless/bland and threw it away. I loved the jerk chicken and the plantain was sweet. I wouldn’t going back for the chicken and trying other things too. The goat pepper soup was okay, I prefer Nigerian pepper soup. The lady on the phone who took my order was kind and responsive.
Took my friend for a birthday lunch to Aldeez today. We love this place. The atmosphere was laid back. The service was Awesome and the food was cooked so perfection. I really enjoyed the Jerk Shrimp, cabbage and plantains. My friend had the oxtail and enjoyed them so much, I bought a plate to go for my daughter. She couldn't stop eating. I thought I would get a taste, but she ate it all. I would give them a 10.
Ordered grill fish and veggies, the fish was burnt but the veggies and rice where good. Could only eat the inside of the fish since we were very hungry . It was my first time visiting this establishment, I will definely try this place again when I am in town and also to make sure I open my food before I leave.
I love this new place on Rosemade! Super big and much more dancing space! I have been going to this place for almost a decade now and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Don’t have to pay anything either. Just be dressed to impress on Fridays after 10pm. My brother and I could not go in one night because of an abrupt change in dress code and he was wearing Nike clothes. Other than that, they have been good to me and I can go there alone and feel safe because the whole staff from the door, to the servers, to the owner knows my face.
