Great food and service, as always at Al Biernatâs. We had nice seating. Great waitress and the host came by after our brunch to make sure everything went well. I will return soon.
The ambiance, service and food was amazing. Staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely more of a place for a special occasion, as the food pricey (which is understandable)
Great fifth anniversary dinner. Seneca took care of us, and we had a great time. Wife had a cowboy ribeye, and I had the New York strip. We split the Brussels sprouts, macaroni and cheese, and creamed corn. This location is a little more open and bright compared to Oak Lawn. A bit more loud too. Been there a number of times, but this was still a great experience. Hope to be back soon.
Service was extremely fast, scary fast. Our fish was not cooked properly, but the Manager was accommodating, very nice & professional.

Seemed understaffed. So, it took a little while for our waiter to get to us at first. But once she did, she was terrific. The escargot and tortellini "small plate" is terrific.
steak was way too salty and overcooked. not a great night. but, its the holiday! drink excellent. service impecabble. maitre d and welcome and manager outstanding and valet, had car ready! you cant miss with this place. tell them no salt on next visit.
