Great afrodance DJs spinning tonight
This was my first time eating here and the food definitely did not disappoint. The Jollof rice was different than what I have had from other West African countries but it was cooked to perfection. I will be going there again for sure! #InLove
So I am not sure if the owner looked at all the bad reviews and decided to change some stuff up because I have nothing but good things to say. I ordered delivery and it arrive within about 40 minutes. The food was hot and fresh, like it just came off the grill. Everything tasted so good! The oxtails were full, and juicy. The chicken was tender and not dried out. The rice was spicy but not too spicy so good for me personally. I can’t eat crazy spicy foods. The fufu was good I think. This was my first timing having fufu so I’m not sure what to compare it. It wasn’t too mushy but it wasn’t slimy either. It was a good texture. Also get the plantains!Honestly I almost didn’t want to order because of some of the reviews. But I’m so happy I did because everything turned out great!
First time customer, ordered the okra soup with fufu. The fufu was good and the soup was okay...their customer service is poor and a bit insulting, I highly believe it's do to most Africans not liking Black Americans.
Great food, great service, Clean restaurant. The server was very nice. Made sure to tip her well.
I’m visiting and trying to figure out if Dallas could be home. Oreoluwa spotted us from across the room and made a beeline to welcome us even though the floor was dark and crowded. Her beautiful welcome right from when we walked in was amazing.She is so professional, warm and engaging. We hope she keeps spreading her beautiful light to every one of your guests.
Service is extremely slow, terrible customer service, food is not all that good to wait for.
I Was so damn excited to eat here after alot of my friends that also live in the area brag on them but..... I spent 18.00 on oxtails that didn't exist .... Grissle .... Bones ... And stew basically that was in my to go bowl.When I took them back inside the cook tried to convince me that that's how they come at "Market" ... ?Then brought me out another bowl and tried to convince me again that that's how they come ... SAME EXPIERENCE..... So you want me to eat fatty grissle and no meat?My Jollof rice was 2/5 ... I can tell it wasn't fresh. Probably from lunch hours ....Spicy. But what happened to taking pride in your food as a restaurant?Thanks for my refund cause that's the only good thing that came from this experience
customer service is below acceptable. food takes too long when there are not alot of customers. the food is good, but the service makes me never to return. I waited 35 minutes before my drink was ordered. the server kept disappearing and not checking on me on top of it the gratity is added to the bill at 18 percent. not worth. next time I will have it delivered not worth the hassle
