This recently-built AC Hotel is the best place I’ve ever stayed at so far. Clean, modern, and fairly priced. Located in a great neighborhood, in walking distance from many attractions in Dallas.
This place is a scam. Room was paid for by someone else, I left my card on file for incidentals (nothing used/taken) and they still charged me. I understand this happened to numerous people in our party.
I was charged $250 for damage to a cheap vase in the hotel entryway after someone else that was not staying there knocked it over. I tried to do the right thing and let the front desk attendant know, she told me it would be no more than $25-$35 charge, I felt bad and said they could charge me that amount, the next day they charged me $250!!! I called and spoke with manager Maurice and he was not helpful at all, terrible customer service.
I showered in cold to luke warm water for my 3 day 2 night stay. I went to the front desk to ask if they can have this fixed or switch my room. Out of the 3 people standing at the counter who heard this and apologized for the inconvenience not one person followed up with me. I came back very late to the room looking forward to a hot shower but instead it was cold & uncomfortable. Follow up & good customer service goes a long way.
Unity at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and personable, made sure our accomadtiksn were great! The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The check in was extremely fast! I will definitely stay again.
Location is great, air-conditioning works overtime. If you have an interior room on the 3rd floor, you get a pet pigeon that lives outside the window on the vent
Jeremy was super friendly and helpful! He told us the best spots to go to and made us feel more comfortable. The rooms are very comfy and clean!
Room was decent but only one elevator working when we got there, only one person to handle all customer needs & the location is a cluster hell with figuring out since the opening to the ac is a side walk in & the front door is the other hotel attach to the building. Hotel parking is total trash due to being 40+ a day with only valley parking so you have to wait over 20 mins to even get your car out to use plus using the hotel parking doesn't stop car jacking since alot of hotels in the area do the same yet have a rash of car jacking issues. The decent part was my room in the hotel which was comfortable & nicely spaced & had a nice refrigerator but this hotel doesn't staff the place well enough for customer flow & helping not to over stress staff which i can't complain about since they try their best to handle all that is demanded.
Honestly, the room was really nice but the hotel has issues. Elevators didn’t work the first day, then only one for the rest of the stay, leading to wait times upwards of 10 minutes for the elevator. The second day none of the key cards worked, our large group all had to get new keys. Staff was efficient if not friendly, bar was great, food was decent.
The check-in staff were nice and friendly. My room wasn't ready as I arrived a bit early. They offered me a beverage while I waited and apologized for the inconvenience. The hotel was busy due to a convention. The lobby/bar/seating area was comfortable. They had live music in the evening. Rooms were clean and equipped with needed amenities. Felt the coffee maker wasn't in the most ideal place for convenience. My room was facing the downtown streets, and you could hear the noice of cars but it wasn't bad during the late evening. The food wasn't the most delicious I had but the service at the bar was great. Good location close to many restaurants and within walking distance.
