We enjoyed no complaints friendly staff, good food, good drinks! People need to stop being extra?

Food was good. Disappointed that for my past 3 visits they haven’t had the split cup in stock. That’s my primary reason for going, honestly. May not go back to this location for a while. I need my split cup.

Great spot to enjoy dinner with my kids

My wife and I were REALLY looking forward to trying out this place due to the pics they have posted online. The best thing about what we ordered was the mangonada. The food, was NOT as good as we hoped.I ordered the popcorn chicken box with garlic butter salt seasoning and cajun fries. The popcorn chicken was more like chicken tenderloins they cut up into chunks and the "seasoning" on the "popcorn chicken" was literally about the size of a quarter. I went to the counter and asked for more "garlic butter salt seasoning" and i was only given a littler condiment cup full of garlic butter.I ordered the FRIED SHRIMP and fries combo for my wife, she was given 6 WHOLE SHRIMP WITH SHELLS tossed in the buffalo sauce. Not what was expected AT ALL... She was definitely disappointed after having to peel all the "seasoning and flavor" off in order to eat the shrimp. The best thing food wise from our order were the fries. But despite us ordering TWO BOX COMBOS, they only provided ONE ranch dip and ONE sweet and sour dip. The only thing i see us returning for is the $7 mangonada drinks and MAYBE the fries.???. Wasn't worth the $45 we spent.

I was confused when I walked in about whether or not they served food because I didn't smell any but then I was shown a food menu. I ordered the elote and fries with a piña colada flavored frozen drink. The drink came out first and then the food, maybe 10-15 minutes later. I still didn't smell any food and I didn't smell it on the way home either, which is weird because I have an extremely keen sense of smell (no, I don't have covid). When I got home, I ate the just barely above warm food (I don't live far), it was just ok. The drink, however, was very good. I'll try them again just to see if maybe it was an off night type of thing but I would guess that the food is probably not cooked fresh.

If you're going to close your business for weather, cool. But please update your hours for people ordering online. It's a huge inconvenience to have an order placed just to get there and you're closed

Place was dirty and unswept. Tables were dirty. Tea was decent but they got the orders wrong. They but tapioca balls in ALL of our teas when we asked for honey Boba. We were the only people inside when we arrived.

I used to really like this location, but it has become hit or miss, based on who's behind the counter. Service was slow even though there was only one other person there, and they only ordered a drink. We ordered the chicken and fries, which in the past have been delicious thanks to the seasoning. This visit our food was disappointingly bland. If I just wanted chicken nuggets I could have gotten them faster and cheaper pretty much anywhere else.

Drinks are good - we come here regularly since its local - though a bit over priced compared to other boba places. Fried shrimp not good at all. Overly salty & shells on them. I guess they expect you to eat them? Wish I read the reviews before ordering- seems like the same complaints from a year ago. Popcorn ckn honey bbq combo is a big hit with the kids

I only go out of my way to write reviews for things I truly love, no negative reviews here! So I must share with the world, that Zero Degrees has the BEST, BEST Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, Ever! I’ve ordered at many other places around Houston, and Zero Degrees does it how I like it. PERFECTION! Their snacks are yummy, too!
