If I could leave a zero I would. If I was the owner I would work on customer service with your younger employees. Tried ordering about no less than 10 mins ago and could hear them gossiping in the kitchen like they didnt even want me to place an order. The whole time the young lady was just rushing over the mic like it bothered her . I get to finishing placing my order and she rudely laughs were out of dr pepper so I just say never mind drive around and shes laughing and waiving at me thru drive thru window like its a big joke. I would like to speak with the owner as this is unacceptable!!!
I love zaxby’s and I didn’t come for a long time but after coming to this location am not coming back at all/ the forget to give me my drink and when I come back to get my drink and waiting in the line because of them nobody says sorry/ no gloves no mask they touch the food with their hands/ I’m sorry to see that
Been eating here quite often lately, once every couple weeks for the past several months. Had a bad experience at a Zaxby's a few years back, so hadn't been there in a while. I'd say it's pretty good every time. I always just drive up there and go through the drive through and we eat at home. The bone-in wings are really good, they're large and tasty. The chicken sandwich is very good and their fries are really good. Price is moderate and usually pretty good when we're in the mood for it.
The reason why 4 is because it used to be better than canes but now it is worse smaller chicken worse quality and worse management I used to always get the right order and I used to be able to enjoy the food but now I am not as satisfied.
Nothing person towards the staff but this chicken is horrible. Raising Cane is so much better.
Ordered a family pack and 2 salads, waited 25 minutes then asked about our food. Only then were we told they 'are counting the tenders right now'.I truly believe we could have sat there over an hour before they ever got our food.

Every piece of chicken nuggets and strips is so delicious. I always take some foods from here after doing exercise in lifetime because it locates nearby the lifetime fitness gym. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
