First time at a Zaxby's in years. The staff was very friendly and attentive, food was amazing.
Really good chicken, tender juicy! Staff was nice. Quick service.
Never eaten there before. It wasn't BAD, but I won't be returning. Signature sandwich and cobb salad were purchased. It was underwhelming and overpriced. No problem with the building or staff, just not impressed.
Excellent customer service and food was fresh & hot out of the grease! Will definitely return!
Emily and Allison supposedly the managers at this location are terrible at what they do, great customer service at a fast food restaurant should be a piece of cake in this day and age. Not all is as it would seem at this location the food was old and bread stale. I was told i could get a refund without my receipt than arrived only to be told i needed to drive home and rifle through the trash for the receipt. Bad enough you all willfully sell food past its freshness but than to treat the customer as they are wrong for asking for their moneys worth is absurd. Never again!

Reminds me of a Slim Chickens, but the Chicken Club sandwich is really good in my opinions. I suggest adding pickles.
TerribleBad service, she was on her phone and don't even know that for about 5 minutes.Bad attitude, like I was waisting her time.Food was cold!I normally prefer Zaxby's.However after today's experience, that will not happen again.Definitely will not be returning to this location.
Not sure what the attraction to this place is but there sure are a lot of locations everywhere. I have tried many occasions always ordering something different and nothing is ever good. The order is rarely right either. This is a hard pass going forward and definitely not recommending.
