First time trying this restaurant chain and I had mixed impressions. The food itself was decent, I'd say very similar to raisin canes, with better tasting fries.The reason I'm knocking off stars is because of the way this establishment is being run. I don't know if it's just this one because it just opened up recently or this is how their chain is in general, but it was clear that the kitchen was chaos. I showed up in the drive through on a Sunday, placed 2 orders and heard the worker read it back correctly (since they have no screen to see the order items). By the time I go to the window and get my order they end up giving me the wrong drink and the wrong sauce in the burger for one of the orders. So after going back inside and hand them back the bag telling them about it, which involved a confusing conversation because the worker was not understanding, they finally swap my burger and drink out for the correct one. Got back to the car and found out they'd also swapped the burger on my second order when I never said anything about changing that ?♂️. At this point it just wasn't worth my time anymore so I left.
Order through the drive thru received wrong order plus fries and tenders were dry called back and talked to the General Manager (which sounded like a Lil girl and very unprofessional) she didn't care about the problem this Zaxbys needs new management
I'm from Alabama and we take our Zaxby's seriously just like Texans love Whataburger. I have tried Zaxby's in Sugarland and Spring, both were good! This one fries the chicken tenders hard and I mean so hard they're dry. I like my hot wings fried that way, but not the tenders. I've been to this location several times and each time I leave disappointed.
The chicken was OK. SLIM CHICKENS, and RAISING CANES are BETTER. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is a lot BETTER at these other places as well. My sister and I have never been here before. So we appreciated the counter making sure we stayed about 10 feet away. And there was someone there waiting to take are order. We told we need a few minutes. She didn't say anything and just STARED AT US. So we were discussing the menu with each other for a few minutes. I mentioned to my sister. Maybe I will have a #1. The person behind the counter said do you want a large or small drink with that? I said NO WE ARE JUST DISCUSSING THE MENU. Then i said the #2 looks good. The person behind the counter said SO YOU WANT A #2 ?? I SAID NO WERE DISCUSSING THE MENU! She said OK IS THAT TO GO? I said NO WERE NOT ORDERING YET! She kept ringing orders up we didn't want. She just KEPT STARING AT US INTENSELY. Then we FINALLY get ready to order. We start walking towards the counter and she WALKS AWAY! Then we wait at the counter for a few minutes. And we here all this NOISE IN THE BACK like there working really hard making chicken or something. BUT HARDLY ANYONE IS THERE. There is 2 customers in there that have orderd and are already eating. No one going through drive thru. The park lot was almost empty. The hour we were there. One car went through drive thru and 1 other customer came in after we ordered. SO I have NO IDEA WERE DOING IN THE BACK WITH ALL THAT NOISE. Maybe they were EXPECTING a big rush in 5 or 6 hours. Some one else finally came to take are order. After about 5 minutes. He wasn't very informative about the menu. Maybe he just started WORKING THERE LAST WEEK. So we sit down and wait for 15 minutes for are FAST FOOD. EVEN THOUGH IT SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE WORKING REALLY HARD IN THE BACK WE STILL HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD And SURPRISINGLY IT WAS RIGHT. And the chicken was JUST OK. On the way home we seen another Zackbys and its parking lot WAS ALMOST EMPTY TO. But the SLIM CHICKENS and RAISING CANES parking lots and drive thru WERE FULL. WE WONT BE GOING BACK TO ZACKBYS CHICKEN!
They seem to mess up your meal every single time you order. I’ve been here at least 15 times and still the quality control has not been solved I wouldn’t ever recommend this particular location.
Not only was my order tonight messed up, another order I had months ago was also messed up, same mistake both times. I ordered traditional tongue torch wings for my wife, and boneless bbq wings for me. What do we get? They both came with tongue torch both times. This is infuriating as I don't do spicy. Can't believe I had this issue the last 2 times I ordered here.
This was my first time here. Ms.Davilyn was just wonderful. She helped with lots of details to have a family meal prepared.The items were fresh and hot. Thanks to all the staff members involved.
I ordered my meal around 5pm. It was delivered to me by 5:35pm. That's pretty good delivery time. The meal was great. The only problem was that they gave me a fountain drink instead of the apple juice I ordered. No phone calls on whether I want to substitute or not.
No one was in line when we ordered thru the driveway. Only orders a chicken piece meal, chicken sandwich and fried pickles. Handed us wrong drink and had to change it out. Then asked us to pull up in a parking spot so we did. Watched as 2 cars behind me ordered and got their food. I finally go in and tell them. No one apologizes. They look around grab my food and hand it to me with a blank stare. And my bad I didn’t check the bag, but of course got home and they didn’t even put in the fried pickles we ordered & paid for. So annoying!! Bad customer service!! Will not be back at this location ever!!!!
Gross! Not worth $8.00 for the meal. Boneless wings with teriyaki was very dry, fries were really salty, bread was dry as heck. Should of paid $1.99 for what the total quality was. Roommate actually through his out. NEVER AGAIN!
