So unprofessional! The manager “Caesar Alvarez” does not know how to handle issues. If a customer calls explaining there is a problem with the food and they would like a replacement order take care of the issue don’t make it difficult. A lot of theses places needs customers service training. DON’T Order on Fry road location! There is a better location one on Tuckerton and Barker Cypress!
I just ordered from this location and the original hot sauce was not it, it’s like they didn’t have enough of a ingredient didn’t even taste like original hot also the ranch was nasty, I always like wing stop ranch ?
I ordered thighs and wings. They gave me thighs and drumetts . I really don’t like drumetts that’s why I didn’t order them. I would have given them 1 star but at least they got the flavor right. I’ve been here before with no problem. But normally I go and pick it up so I can look at it. I had my mom pick them up for me and I guess I should have told her to check it but I didn’t know that I would need to.
Food was wonderful as usual, we enjoyed a few staple appetisers and tried some new dishes of wonderful texture and taste combinations.
Pretty good. We had the tenders with garlic parmesan, classic hot bone-in wings, fries and corn wheels (I think they call them Cajun corn). We ordered via the website. I really love their online ordering. Easy to use and easy to navigate. We picked up our order around 10:15 PM. Service was good and waitstaff was friendly. We waited a couple minutes for them to finalize the order, which was fine, but on our short drive to get the meal home, the items were cold. That’s the only reason this is not a 5-star review. Maybe better packaging would help. The fries were placed on top of the other items and those were the coldest of all in our order. Cold anything is not good, but cold fries are really bad. The fries looked hand cut, so I image had they been hot, they would have been delicious. Maybe next time we will dine in to avoid this issue.

This location showed up and did an excellent job on our order 'TODAY'. Consistency is key, but we'll take a victory for today. Flavors were exploding and packed on nicely. Its great to be reminded why I left BWs

Very rude customer service on the phone I was told my food was already made so they could not make it how I want it doesn’t take 3mins for fresh hot wings. I am very disappointed. Wings were also very dry after I was told I had to pay extra for wet wings.
Wingstop had my wings hot, fresh and seasoned to the max. Them lemon peppers though....Lol. Garlic Parm is my tish....but them lemon peppers was hittin like something different! On gawd!
