Bad customer service I call to place an order through the phone and this young lady gave me attitude through the phone and she told me she was a manager she decides to hang up the phone on me and I came to the store to order my food still give me attitude after I told her my tenders look like chicken nuggets I asked her nicely Empoli if she could remake me the order and she said no this is what you’re getting she never gave me her name and I ask her other employers to give me her name and they refuse Bad customer service
This is the worst Wingstop location I’ve ever been to. I had a super rude employee that was beyond awful. They always mess up my order. You have to wait longer than usual on any given day . It’s dirty. I’ve been several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but its bad every time. I mean I will drive miles just to go to any other location. Terrible just terrible here. Stay away !
I had ordered some lemon pepper & bbq wings for the guys for pick up. I got home with them and you could easily see that they were not fresh. It was around 2:30 pm so I could understand that it was not the time they are making them first thing for the day. I called and spoke with one of the managers on duty and she asked if I could bring them back? That was not feasible at the time but asked her what time I could the following day Wednesday, I would be be glad to. On Wednesday, at 4:30 I went back and unfortunately, she was not there yet but another manager was there and he immediately made new ones while I waited and brought them out to my car. I was very impressed with the customer service as well as the guys were with their fresh wings.
Worst experience from Wing Stop ever. I ordered on line, wings, fries, veggie sticks, drinks. I was not sent an email my order was ready, and when I entered the restaurant the app timer said I had 8-16 minutes before my order was ready. My order was already bagged, and the veggie order (separate)could not be found. When we got home the food was not hot, barely warm and I live 5 minutes away. The wings were hard and dry, liked they had been cooked and set aside, then just dipped in the sauce. The fries I had asked to be extra CRISPY, they were cold and limp. Remember I said my food was already bagged, with time left. That tells me the food was already cooked, not prepared fresh. We are very, very disappointed.
Asked for extra well done classic wings and what I got was soggy barely cooked wings and hardly any seasoning on them. The only thing that was good was the corn. Will not order from this location again.
Everyone must have gone on a bad day. The guy behind the counter was super nice and my food was done quickly. I had a great experience and the food was awesome! Get lemon pepper on your fries instead of that gross sugar seasoning. Also, I usually don’t like boneless but theirs are so good! Especially with the Asian sauce!
WORST experience at this location. The workers were so unprofessional and the wait was unnecessarily long. I had to wait an ENTIRE HOUR to get my wings and it wasn't even a big order. Even with all that they still somehow managed to mess up the order and they gave me the wrong wings. Incompetent staff. Never coming back again.
Would recommend to not a soul. Wings were terribly dry and my order took an incomprehensibly long 75 minutes for me to receive it. These guys still managed to mess it up!! Horrible service as well. Got 10 of the 20 wings I paid for. Preposterous!
I can personally attest to the atrocious service and utter rudeness of the staff at this particular location. The food was rather scrumptious I must say; however, the waiters were of undesirable qualities and questionable hygiene. I will not elaborate as I am sure the reader of this review has sufficient imagination as to fill in the blank of what it is I am alluding to. But in case of imaginary ineptitude, I shall go on. Ahem: germs. Lots and lots of germs. In times of pandemics, we must all be particularly cautious. This, I must say, was not the philosophy of "Wing Stop". I rest my case. And if you're reading this, dear Dylan, wondrous waiter, wash your hands dear boy! For goodness sake! Kids these days! Bah humbug!
Disgusting! I placed an online order at 1:08 for fries only after 2:00 my order still wasn’t received so I requested a refund. A man proceed to tell me even though my order was placed online they didn’t receive it until 1:31. I wouldn’t allow him to tell me that I haven’t waited an after my order was placed so he then proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me. He’s ranting to me about how he’s short handed and only has 2 workers and I need to be patient and threatens to call cops on me?? This was beyond flabbergasting, no one in the establishment entertained him and he then gave me my refund. Beyond horrible. Be prepared for a long wait and rude customer service. Seems like management needs more workers and definitely replace that vile piece of a man that I had to deal with
