Love the new black manager she’s very polite friendly curtious an funny. She gives me a reason to sit in the store instead of my car. She played respectful music she actually had a conversation and it wasn’t only my order. Mya husband and I loved her. It took away from the long wait last night. You got yourself and Angel let’s keep her bc your last manager Mario was horrible my food was always over cooked they guys were always not where the suppose to be. We sat for over and hour last night just enjoyed the music and watched her be stressed out but with a smile. I don’t know who the owners are or the general manager is but thank you for her an her pleasantness and her love for great customer service. Let her know she was truly appreciated last night.

This is the worst location, lazy employees, horrible management, terrible customer service and food, the ranch (Kraft) they serve is store bought, zero stars! Go to another location it's better the food is still good and the ranch is delicious, not here!

Wow! Terrible food and terrible customer service.I called to order two boneless combos around 10:30pm because the online system wasn’t working then they told me they couldn’t take orders over the phone and the online system wasn’t working that I would have to come inside to order so I made the 15 minute drive and ordered inside I waited almost AN HOUR to get my food even though it wasn’t that busy. The girl in the back handling things was too busy texting, eating hot Cheetos and licking her fingers while touching everyone’s food/drink cups to care. When I finally got home all of my wings were under cooked to the point to where they weren’t edible (no one wants to risk food poisoning) by the time we got home it was already too late to take the food back since it was midnight because it took almost an HOUR to get our food. The next day I came into the business and asked for a refund for my $30 since all the wings were not edible we weren’t able to eat them or return them that night because the business was closed so they were thrown in the garbage. The manager told me he would have to talk to the OWNER of the establishment to receive a refund so I came home. Then when I checked my bank account I noticed the online order DID go through so not only did they charge me in person $30 for my meals that weren’t edible they charged me another $30 online. I’ve called wingstop customer service and they’ve sent in multiple feedback and requests for refunds to the store. I’ve called the store and spoke to the manager again and all I get is the run around that he can’t get in touch with the owner yet. It’s been DAYS. If you can’t get in touch with the owner of the business in days, there’s a huge red flag right there. It’s upsetting to think we weren’t even able to eat that night and not only was I charged for disgusting food I got charged double and at this point it’s fraud. What do I need to do next bring my bank statements down there? Bring the food in from the garbage can? Embarrassing and a shame. Not only are the employees questionable, the food questionable now the owner is questionable. Do better Wingstop!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered through the phone and gave simple instructions. A family pack (24 wings) Three flavors…mango habanero, garlic Parmesan, and barbecue. One large fry and one small with a side of ranch and blue cheese with veggie straws. That’s it…I got 14 wings and did not get the mango habanero and no veggie straws. When I got home, I called and got put on hold three times…I don’t know how I could go through three people and nothing got across. It was 30 minutes until I hung up and called and someone finally solved the complicated order. My father in law is going to the store now to get the rest of the order.

We placed an order online for this location. It took over an hour to get our food which we understood that maybe they were really busy. We only received part of our order and when we called we were placed in hold for over 20mins. We hung up and called again and ask to please not be put on hold and explained our issue. The lady (Tania) said that there is nothing she can do because she didn’t know if the wings were actually missing. She asked for me to call back the following day and ask to speak to a manager. I asked for a refund of the missing wings and she said she could not do that either. My husband asked her to please just send the missing 10pc combo and she said that she couldn’t do that because she couldn’t enter a new order. She wanted us to go pick it up but that was not an option for us at the time. She then said that if we needed it delivered we would have to place a new order online and pay for it again.This is so disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered some wings and “fries” the order was made wrong somehow, those fries were just grease sticks that stuck together like candy. The wings smelled and tasted like perfume. Manager contacted me after I rated my food, and said “I made the food, what’s wrong with it?” Man if you don’t want to do your job then quit, go find another place to bum. Was promised a refund but got a threat instead. I’ll see you in hell man. I promise.

No plastic gloves when handling food. I watch a worker with her bare hands handle my carrots and celery. The cook didn't wear gloves either. COVID is real people. I will never ever go there.

Just go to a different location. Wings(Louisiana rub) are old, they definitely have to be refried bc they are burnt with no taste! Ordered a 10 piece & only got 9.The lemon pepper chicken tenders were burnt and had seasoning on one side.Fries were cold and soggy!Even the rootbeer was flat!

the most simple order. lemon pepper wings and cheese fries. and they gave me regular hot wings and fries w/o cheese. and i cant go back cause i have to go back to work. really guys!!!
