Worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The girl at the front had a horrible attitude! Fries where the soggiest I've ever had and they hardly sauced the wings. The main girl taking orders and handing the food out was rude. And that's an understatement. Didn't even ask if I wanted any ketchup and forgot to hand me my drink. She hardly even acknowledged me and seemed like she just wanted me as well as other customers out the door. How ungrateful.
This location is terrible and doesn’t support their customers. Super bowl Sunday (February 13th 2022) I ordered from the Wing-Stop website, immediately after completing my order the website crashed, no conformation number, no proof the order even went through but my money taken out anyways. I tried calling 30+ times, they never answered. Drove up to the location where they had plenty of people asking for a refund, showed them my bank statements and also explained to them everything that happened. They proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t have a conformation number I couldn’t get a refund. This is highly unprofessional and distasteful especially knowing the company obviously had a malfunction that day so I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFORMATION NUMBER!!!!! DO NOT give this location your money and I strongly advise anyone that do grant them self the best of luck.
EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!!! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Let’s start with Super Bowl day, wings ordered and paid for. Went to pick up at 7pm and there was a huge line and they were working on orders from 4 pm, we never got our order. I went the next day and spoke to the district manager and got a refund. A week later we ordered again (I guess we don’t learn our lesson) we waited an hour to get HALF our order and no fries or corn and the psycho worker in the back was insisting my husband was lying and began to argue back. They had to take him outside to the back to calm him down. The Manager who really isn’t the manger because she doesn’t know how to handle her employees said we get a refund and still nothing! Save yourself some time and stress and order anywhere else BUT here! THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! That was our last time giving them a chance. Wingstop employees from this location, if you really hate your job then QUIT! Why bring down a once great place?! The laziest employees I have ever came across! WINGSTOP CLEAN HOUSE ASAP if you value and want this business to survive.
Wing are like baby wing and half my fries was burned, definitely no try to get wing from here ??????
Made a online order and still waited over an hr. They kept on saying it will be a few minutes. They had 3 employees in the back doing God knows what while the front was packed with customers waiting on their orders.They only had one employee packing the orders while the 3 employees kept on looking in the front!
Placed order to go to be ready at 6pm and they were and hr and a half behind. 0 stars
Management is terrible and lazy. A lot of loud music and ghetto arguing from kitchen to dining area. New Years definitely brought a new attitude to this place

Everything was great, all the employees were very friendly and attentive and the wings were nice and hot when I got my order, I'm a big fan of hot lemon pepper wings and I recommend it to anyone that wants a good flavor with a bit of kick
Food was “delivered” to my house. Never received it. After being on hold for over an hour I was finally able to get someone on the phone who promised a refund. Over 2 weeks now and no refund and no one will pick up the phone.
