Order my meal, waited 15min in the dining room. Then approached the cashier to ask how much long for my double whataburger with only cheese, bacon and mayo would be. 5 minutes later it arrived ( now 20min) I had to go ask for mayo as they took forever and still didn't get my order correct. Now I must say everything was hot, fresh and tasted great just a very unexpected poor service day. Normally I do drive thru and always have quality food and comes out in a reasonable time
Ordered the Whatacatch & it was cooked to perfection! The fries were a bust. They tasted old as if they had been sitting there & redropped in the cooking oil. Dining room was clean though.
Ordered through drive through and both my husband and my burgers were wrong so bad ! My husband also asked for his meal and then a onion ring on side extra .which also didn't happen either bout to be done with whataburger. It used to be a great place but going downhill.
It’s my first time to be in one of Whataburger stores as I just moved to TX, I’ve been hearing a lot about this chain, and I can say this is the best ever burger I have eaten till now :)This branch is in a nice area of the city, staff are courteous and welcoming, the store is clean and organized.
Went through the drive-through and had the guy standing there with his pad to take our order. I ordered a number one with lettuce onion and tomato with a large fry and a medium shake. I then ordered a whataburger plain and dry with cheese with 2 extra slices of cheese. He asked me what my drink was and I told him again a medium shake. I got to the window they hand us 2 large shakes 2 complete meals and want to charge $23 and change. I speak to the manager and said I wanted a sandwich a large fry and a medium shake and he said you can only get a large shake when you upsize. I then said I only ordered a sandwich on the other order he refunded $2.35 my bill was still over $20 he did not understand what I was talking about and could not fix the problem. Almost always have an issue at this Whataburger.
This Whataburger specifically has the SLOWEST drive thru consistently day to day. I go to many different locations and this drive thru is by far the slowest. You can easily spend 10-15 min in line waiting.
The Long line was discouraging, but the service was faster than expecte. I clocked the service time it took for a new vehicle to reach the order screen and it ranged from 1 minute flat to 2 minute, 10 seconds. ?
This location is my favorite. No matter how inconvenient this location can be, I always come to this Whataburger. I don't trust any other locations near me. This location aces the fries every time. Their junior burgers are bomb. Even the hatch green bacon burger is mouth watering. The customer service is great, and they are always on the move. You never see anyone standing around, lol. It's a very busy location, but it is always worth the wait.
Came home with extremely burnt chicken tenders, called to complain and the lady manager did not care and said it was the oil that causes the chicken tenders to get burnt. No apology, exchange or anything! Terrible customer service!
I just ordered 2 drinks. The cashiers were not as friendly as normal.This Whataburger is very clean and usually have friendly employees!They have always been quick with getting the orders out.
