We were in a hurry and on our way out of Academy we decided to to get a quick bite. It took 40 minutes to get our order!! I felt sorry I for the lead guy/supervisor. He was doing his best to compensate for the terrible service, inexperienced staff, and tasteless food. Ordered a burger with lettuce, onion and mayo only, and small fries. It was smaller than small and the burger was dry, thin and tasteless.The fish dinner was inedible and awful! The chocolate shake didn’t look like chocolate, nor did it taste like chocolate. They brought a second one but it didn’t taste or look like chocolate either.All trash bins were so full we couldn’t fit all of our stuff without touching other peoples garbage.This location is family owned, and based upon all the previous bad reviews going back several months or more, it’s obvious to me that it couldn’t matter less to them.
First visit to this location. Exactly what I expected from a Whataburger. Grilled chicken sandwich is a favorite.Been back several times, really nice managers at this location. Food is always good.
You could order a cup of ice water from this location and confidently bet money it would come out missing either the ice or the water. Something is missing or wrong virtually every time you order curbside and then they’re rude about fixing it, plus the fries are always over salted and under cooked. SMH.
I visited this location yesterday. I placed my orders pretty quick. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes. My chocolate shake was very good, the fries were hot and fresh.My mother's patti melt was on point. This is all good but why in the world was my burger cold. How do you prepare a cheeseburger -- usually this comes with a hot piece of meat, add cheese so that the cheese can melt, and when you ask for a toasted bun, please don't burn the burn. Well any ways just wanted to put this info out here. Oh and I paid over 9$ for this. Things are not the same in the US.
I really quite disappointed. The line was to the door and only one register. We had the opportunity to even order online while standing at the entrance. Then got our food to go because of the wait and it looked like the burger was shoved into to bag. Really disappointed. The staff wasn't rude but looked too overwhelmed. Corporate should really help out a location that is that busy with more staff.

good food, but very bad experience here. We came here tonight and went inside to order food to take home, while the drive through was very busy. We only ordered chicken strips, a sandwich, and two orders of fries. After waiting for over 15 minutes for our small order, we came up to the counter to ask about our food. We were told that our food was taking a while because they had to make the fries. Seriously, It shouldn't take this long to make fries, especially when you're busy like it was tonight. We never even got acknowledged again by anyone at the counter until we got our food 5 minutes later, which was even missing an order of fries. the food is good, but if we come here again, it would be nice not to have an incorrect order like we have had here many times before.
when you pay $45 for your meal and you get french fries that are as hard as a rock because the employees there decided that they were going to refry Old fries that were sitting in the tray. the sad thing is this isn't even the first time it's happened.
Very friendly whataburger. The food almost always taste freshly madeTwice they have gotten behind in the indoor dining orders where we have waited 20 minutes and once 35 minutes for our food with no compensation.Other then those two times this place is great. The green hatch bacon burger and chicken sandwich are amazing.Grilled chicken sandwich shocked us!!Take one of our kids here for a date/hangout every other week.Burger prices seem to have gone up about a $1
Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had 12/26/21. It took over an hour to get through the drive thru. Lane B was moving 4x faster than Lane A the entire time I was there. Isn’t this supposed to be “fast” food? I would have complained about this wait time at a dine in restaurant.
