Service is great. Employees knowledgeable of products. Need to keep the Banana shake
Took 4 tries to get my burger right.. 3 times at the counter to place the order and 1 retire… all I can as asking for was mayo instead of mustard…???
Employee needs to be more customers services like and not walk away when asking a question and ignoring us... and even our visit was horrible glad our my family food was good.. they only mess up my order but I ain't complaining about that. Just the customer services is what annoyed me the most!!! Smile !!! Greet !!! And don't make feels as it was inconvenience that we were there!!! Also manager sitting on the corner when u see ur crew struggling and having our food out in 20 mins later u should go out there and help ur team!!! Instead of watching them!!!
Apparently they felt I didn’t even deserve a whole hamburger patty and served me some partially covering scraps on my bun with the condiments all on one side.
An hour and twenty minutes is ridiculous for a sit down restaurant much less a drive through!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
You can come in to skip the line wrapped around outside but it doesn’t make a difference. You still wait til the drive thru line is gone. Makes no sense. I had a lady come in 5 minutes after me and I got one burger and she got her food before me. Makes no sense. Waited 20 minutes for the burger. Had to ask about it. And then she gave it to me with no apology about losing my order. We spend lots of money here. I’m going to Burger King from now on
The food was ok. The hamburger meat was slightly tough, for some reason. Too much salt on the fries, but at least they were nice and warm. The Dr pepper was not very sweet. I'm not sure why.
2nd time they've forgotten to bring out my order at this location. Counted over a dozen employees, at least 5 appeared on break in dining area. Food and trash on floor of dining area. No napkins, no lids. Chaotic and didn't appear any busier than typical weekend.
Ordered a curb side pick up, but wait more than 25 minutes to get my food. The customer came after me got their food ahead of us. Talked to the manager, no apologies, just simply said it was their system bug. However I don't believe her.
Best experience at this whataburger since I moved to the area a few years ago. Thank you to Cameron for your great hospitality. Our order came out perfectly thanks to her attention to detail and her friendless. Our order was warm and delicious.
