I’ve seen roaches on the counter when ordering, hairs in the food multiple times and my husband saw an employee walking straight from the bathroom stall into the kitchen and immediately start working with food without washing his hands. Walked right past him like it was a normal occurrence to not wash his hands after going. We will not be returning.
....I went back a week later on good Friday to order to breakfast biscuits it was NO ONE was in line or around beside the 3 cars in the parking lot I came around 730am....the person who took the order in drive thru said when I want to order 10 of the biscuits he claim he couldn't even though I was willing to wait.....he said no then I also asked could the order be spilt he told it would have to be 5 PER CAR ? I have never heard of such .....it was still NO ONE around to order still in drive thru.....when I asked to speak with the manager he said it was no manager I asked....I explained sir I'm willing to wait no problem he still wouldn't even try a customer willing to wait.... patience....most customers wouldn't....I was polite and calm....even though the associate was having a attitude.... when I drove back I asked could I speak to an manager he told me what a minute .....I said I thought there was no manager......which means he lied....not good ....to a customer this all took place in the morning...I was around for a least 35 minutes and still no one drove up to order and no one was in line .....when I drove off I backed up I was asked what was his name he told me Gustavo. If that's was his real name. Overall HORRIBLE situation and DEFINITELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...WONT RETURN.
Typical Wendy's experience. Check your order if you're in the drive-thru, but they'll typically fix whatever issue that you have if you are polite. Give the food workers a break, and don't be a karen! Just cuz you're lazy and don't want to cook your own food, doesn't mean that anybody deserves your disrespect.
Order taken right. Asked to pull up for fresh fries. When they brought food lady delivering it to car had attitude. Only one of the two fries was hot second one was cold and tasted very old.
I come to this location generally around midnight often. The employees working at this time are great workers. They are very accurate with the orders and special requests. They are also very quick and friendly. I always make sure to thank them for their hard work when I come through. This is a reliable location.

The new fries are good.. Burgers were fresh..just wish seasoned more..but then again most fast food places don't season their burgers anymore.. Sigh.
I always have a problem at this location my order is always wrong & they are so slow. Today(12/18) I sent my husband to get dinner & my order was completely wrong. We both go back up there & was very rude on fixing our order & didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience
One of the employees broke the ice part of the drink machine and the piece fell on the floors she was going to try to just put it back in unwashed until we told her to sanitize it... Her response ya i should. * runs water over it* and tried to place it again.We also ordered 2 kids meals 1 with nuggets and 1 a cheeseburger.. I got a burger no cheese and a chicken sandwich with cheese..... The cashier also tried to only give us 2 of out 5 drinks. 1 medium and 1 kids.... I know everyone has an off day but even when going through the drive thru they mess up and take forever .... This location needs some serious help.
