Literally the dumbest Wendy’s I have EVER come across. I had rewards on my phone and they sat there for twenty minutes with my phone trying to figure it out, then when they forgot the reward they said it wasn’t on the receipt. Then they got my actual order which I paid for wrong. Please if you value your sanity DO NOT go to this location.

Been here on 3 diffrent occasions. Was told two wait twice for 15 minutes before being able to order. On the third time. They never even acknowledged me. Was completely ignored for 20 minutes. So I left

The customer service and professionalism was horrible. We changed our drink order twice and we heard the drive thru lady say "make your mind up already" she didn't know that her mic was still keyed. We ordered 3 orders of Chicken nuggets and only got 2 sauces, the guy on the window closed the window before we could ask for another. Another guy came to the window and we asked for another sauce and he handed us 6 sauces, as we tried to only grab 2, he dropped the rest of the ground. We asked for a manager and he also closed the window and walked away. We did not get a receipt and the food was cold. The fries was dried out like they had been sitting a while and the cheese on the burger was not melted at all because the whole sandwich was completely cold. I've never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my life. I will never go back and I will advise my family and friends not to visit this particular establishment.

Worst Wendy's in the world. Everytime I cone here always a problem. Ran out of items. Close early. Make you wait in drive thru for 10 min and never order food. And I was at the speaker. They told me to hold on. Ugh. Horrible service.

I wish I could give you a 0, the lowest I can give you the 1. I know things are tough for everyone right now, but there is no excuse for giving people horrible food for their hard earned money. I purchased (2) 10 piece nugget meals, and a Asiago spicy chicken sandwich combo..#10 on the pretty menu. The nuggets were old and stale. The fries were even worse. The young guys working were nice. The food...??????. I will avoid this location. #youvebeenwarned

What is going on at this Wendy's?? This is the second time we have went during their open hours. Literally today it is 5:29 pm on a Saturday (NON-HOLIDAY) and they say they are closed. With no explanation at all and rude, like we bothering them by patronizing them. IT'S WEIRDO.

There is hair in my food! No one is answering the phone! I will never order from here again!

This Wendy’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. My fries are clearly old and recooked( disgusting) as well as my nuggets for my daughter. I jus wasted my money cause I will not feed my daughter that food. Why is the quality of food and service so poor at this time of night. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience in the evening. Once before I got to the drive thru at 10:50…I pulled up asked for a second to look at the menu and when I was ready I was told they were closed. So I asked what time they close and I was told 10:50. Horrible store, horrible employees and clearly poorly managed.

We went through the drive thru a little before 10 pm knowing it says that close at 11pm. We pull up to the window because the order screen says they are closed. The lady explained they closed at 8pm because they don’t have enough staff and that the can only operate if they have 4 or more employees and they only have 3 right now. I saw at least 5 employees in there standing around talking the entire time. It was an obvious lie if lights are still on and that many employees are standing around 2 hours after they “closed”.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will not be returning to this location. Had a door dash order for pickup placed at 8:48PM. We arrived at 8:52 and followed instructions to wait in line in the drive thru. We waited, got up to the speaker where it said it was closed. This was at 9:01 PM. Their drive thru hours were updated 5 days ago to say 11PM. By the business. We waited and pulled around where a young male was at the window. We explained we had a door dash order for pickup and he shrugged his shoulders and said they are closed, sorry. I told him that the order was already placed and the food should be ready. He argued with us to the point of him calling us an expletive. He also said he wouldn't take time to look at or check an online order before closing, which wasn't even time. I had to waste even more of my time explaining this to an upset customer and Door dash customer service. A complaint has been filed with corporate on this location from me and evidently it's not the first time.
