I typically love to visit Wendy’s for the great food they provide but this location has been gradually declining in their quality across the board. When you order food, they never provide you with a receipt. I ordered the #2 Baconator with a Medium Sweet tea. The tea taste as though it was mixed with some Coca Cola. The fries did not seem fresh and not hot at all. The burger was not bad.Be advised the prices are way incorrect to the display board. This meal was over $13.00 while the large is marked $10.69
Ordered online today lunch time. Came to pick up at time of estimated order completion. One dining room door locked but the side door by drive thru was open- Came inside & manager(Mike) was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me and his employees. Told me dining room closed and I need go thru drive which had long line. Told him picking up order- he then rudely ordered me to sit and wait. Oder was incorrect as well...Truly offended to the point of loosing my appetite.
The person taking our order through the drive through early this afternoon was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT. He had NO costumer service skills and was very impatient while taking our order. He did not offer a receipt, nor did he great us at all at the pickup window. On top of all this, we paid $23 for COLD fries and chicken sandwiches. Our pineapple mango drinks looked and tasted watered down. Stay away from this Wendy's location. This is my second unpleasant experience here and I thought it best to do a review.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendys the idiot at the window wooden slow down enough for me to get him what I did not one of my order I would not recommend going here ever
We keep going and giving this location a try, nut thr food is always cold and the burgers are old. Sucks when this is the only location close to hone.
Decided to give it another try and just when you think it can’t get any worse. I ordered a large coke with a number six. Got to the window and it was $11. I said I only ordered the coke large and Mike started yelling at me that I should’ve specified. I said I did and he seriously started yelling at me!! He said he was the General Manager to knock myself out calling corporate because he didn’t “give af”. How unbelievably unprofessional!!!!! Do not support this business!!!! And to top it all off with after I drove off the fries were ice cold soggy and greasy. Wow this place is trash. Oh and he was being supremely ugly to the poor girls working the window too.*****************Every single time I go here they mess up my order. It’s like they could care less about pleasing the people that keep them in business. Today’s issue... I ordered two apple pecan chicken salads and repeated THREE TIMES that I wanted ranch dressing instead of the pomegranate (that nobody on earth likes). There was nobody behind me yet they asked me to pull up and wait. Got home and guess which dressing I had in my bag? Called and spoke to Romi, lots of apologies but doesn’t do me any good whatsoever. This was the last time. There’s plenty of other places that actually do their job.
Had a pretty bad experience here recently but it's fairly consistent over time.
Burgers are great. The fries look like they were a day old and were reheated in the microwave.
This will be my first time ever writing a review on a Wendy’s because it’s that important. The manager at this location deserves -5 STARS!! I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit and a medium lemonade. When he handed me the lemonade via drive thru, it was 90% ice, 10% lemonade. I said can you please reduce the ice. He immediately said NO NO NO, I can’t touch or take anything back from you. I said ok how about a new one, NO NO NO. Then after I paid, he said it will be 10 minutes for the honey butter chicken biscuit to come out. I said why didn’t you tell me that before I ordered, it’s morning rush hour and I need to be at work in 8 minutes. He told me to keep it moving and move to a parking spot until he can bring out the food.I asked him where is the manager and he said he was the manager, so I said what’s your name, and he looked around and said umm Jose. His name clearly was not Jose. He then proceeded to sniffle all over my biscuit when he finally came to give it to me. Needless to say, I’m never coming to this location again.
Food was good, the fries were hot and crispy, and the staff was really kind and sweet.
