The service is so slow here....drive thru and inside. I waited inside for 20 minutes at the register for someone anyone to take my order much less acknowledge that I'm standing there. Everyone looked at me a couple of times but no hello or I'll be right with you. Smh if I wasn't already out of my car in there and starving I would have left. Luv Wendy's but this location needs some customer service management
Extremely hot in dining room. Drink machine was broken in dining room and drive through (only water available), though they didn’t mention it nor was there a sign and was charged for drink. Long wait for the food, yet fries were cold.
The food was fresh, but I gave it 3 stars based on a 25 minute wait in the drive thru time during lunch. I watched people try to enter the dining room, but the doors were locked, so that wasn't an option. Definitely don't go if you have a short lunch break. Be sure to check your food before leaving the drive thru line. I had a missing item and had to ask for it, as well as condiments (they don't offer them).
They have been closed for sit down dining for who knows how long. The plandemic is long gone and yet they still lock the doors and only accept dive through. Hey management, or franchise owners, you are losing business because many people prefer to go inside and eat. Can’t think of any other fast food restaurants in the area that don’t allow sit in dining right now. This is Houston, Texas, not CA, or NY. Wake up.
Dropped car off for service and walked over for lunch, but the dine-in was closed!! Last time I stop by a Wendy’s! Every other fast food place somehow allows dine-in. Just lazy franchisees….
I get it, you probably didn't have enough employees to stay open, but...The app said you're open until 8pm, I made my order, PAID, got there at 7pm, there was a sign on the drive thru saying you closed at 7pm. I got to the window and an employee yelled through the window "we're closed" and turned his back on me.I'm not too bothered by the early closing. I get it. I am bothered that I already paid for my food and no one was willing to assist with a refund (not that they knew that's what I wanted).Further, after clicking cancel on the app it timed-out and I don't know if the transaction cancelled and I can't check since it was on my company's credit card.
This Wendy's is severely understaffed. We waited half an hour only to get 3/3 orders messed up. Nothing wrong with the customer service, they just don't have enough employees. I would recommend going to a different Wendy's.
Food was hot, really hit the spot.Parking is not a problemI was disappointed at the length of time it took to deliver the order. Considering the order was hot I will give them the benefit of the doubt. It was breakfast time after all
This place is always on-point - can't go wrong with the Baconator.
Usually good, but today the doors were locked at 5:50pm? Drive through was open, one couple was eating inside. No staff made eye contact so we never figured out what was happening.
