Okay....so, the last time we visited was before COVID back in 2019 and at that time, this place was a regular for us. So after a 3 year hiatus, we decided to come back to our old stomping grounds but unfortunately left underwhelmed. Good service but lackluster food with much thinner waffles than we remembered. But to be fair, every restaurant we've visited post COVID has been disappointing. We will probably come back again and give them another chance because maybe they were having an off day.
I can’t even describe how incredible their food tastes. My husband and I randomly felt like having waffles and eggs and this was right around the corner. The place gave off a bit of a not so great vibe at first but we went in any way. We were so mesmerised by the quality of their food. Everything was absolutely delicious and we had superb customer service. Will be coming back.
Great service and wonderful food! All the food was so delicious! I haven’t visited in years and I’d forgotten how good the waffles were. ? yum!!
My wife and I live closer to the 529 location but we come to this location. The service is very good and the place is cleaner. Not to mention the faster service and friendly staff. Keep up the great work!!
Mrs . Pamela is what makes our experience so amazing. Always has a smile on her face, never have I seen her rude to customers or other employees. Helping others with no problem. We will definitely be back just to see her again very soon?
I guess the staff here was taught to pretend you don't exist. Here I am standing at the register for several minutes and then waiting in the chair for 10 minutes, never to be acknowledged to place a to-go order. I only came here because they didn't answer the phone! Also, two customers walked out that were seated while I was standing at the register. This place needs better management, seriously. Date and timestamp of this review will lead you to the staff who neglected 3 customers and allowed them to walk out.
The food was great, customer service was even better and overall it was a great experience. I haven’t been to a Waffle House in 3 years and nothing has changed. The waitress was amazing!
This restaurant has consistently had the absolute worst Customer Service this year! How sad, because we used to enjoy dining here, but it is officially marked on our list as Never to Return.You know when they bring out your check when they do your food, then you’re NOT going to get anything! No refills and definitely No Service.However, it was disheartening to watch a staff member eat breakfast standing up at the grill while talking to three other staff members. Nope, never going back!
We were waiting for a place to sit down. A spot at the high bar stools opened up. I am short and could not get up on the stools. My husband told the hostess. He preceded to clean another table. Another customer motioned for us to have the table.As soon as we sat down the hostess came over and told us we couldn't sit there because it was the next person in line. He had already crossed us off the list.Again just as a reminder my husband tried to tell the hostess again that I was unable to sit on the stools. Hostess continued to argue with my husband. We decided to leave instead. Won't be going back.Mrs Looney
It's waffle house, what's not to love. Great food, great price. Over friendly staff. Can't beat it.
