Very sad the friendswood location closed but they have the best dragon fruit smoothies and I get the vitality smoothie bowl and it is superb! I really hope the friendseood location comes back because no one makes a smoothie bowl as good as them! The toppings on the bowl are great as well!Vegetarian options: They have excellent vegetarian options in the bowls, smoothies and even the food!

Love getting smoothie on my lunch break. I always order online due to my 30 mins lunch break. Always ready when I get there and always good. My daughter loves it to so sometimes we get it delivered. Employees are always nice. Can't wait to order again tomorrow.
Went in for a Smoothie but today for some reason the customer service was not good! The smoothie was made by a new employee but was not good when I asked for a remake the owner didn't want to remake as it was made super super sweet.I really like Vitality Bowls and have spent alot of money with them. But at $10 for a speciality drink that only cost them $3 to make and not want to keep good customer service. No thank you!I had to trash $10 bucks because it was just to sweet and will not be returning to this location!
Second time getting a green smoothie - so filling and delicious. I also tried the chimichurri steak bowl.. OMG so good. The food is fresh, healthy and the staff is always informative and pleasant ?
Everything is fresh and customizable, plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. They can even do keto and gluten free dishes. I had the vitality wrap (vegan) and the rehydrator smoothie... it was so delicious and nourishing. I'm ready to face the rest of my day!
Been coming here for years! Though I wish they would lower the prices, still really good food! Also, really great service I love it please come here and enjoy!
MIND BLOWN and belly happy!! I had heard great things and wanted to try it out! I opted for the Green Glow Bowl, which is a warm bowl, and I promise you I will be back often! This bowl has amazing ingredients with complex flavors that blend beautifully. From bite to bite I was delighted with different ingredients and I never wanted it to end! The portion of this item is plenty for one person. I could not stop myself from eating the whole thing and definitely could have saved some for later. ?
Fantastic first time. Portions seem a little small for the price, but taste makes up for it. Tried the Vitality Bowl, Avacado Toast, and Temptation Smoothie. Delicious. Will be back.
