Delicious smoothie, clean looking place, fast pick up order
There is nothing tropical about this place, all the reviews below giving 4/5 stars either never had tropical food or just fake! if you think you are going to get tropical flavor, don’t bother coming here. Ordered Jerk chicken - which was basically just boiled grilled chicken.. no flavor, same with the baja shrimp.. the saving grace were the smoothies.. I think they should just stick to that. Service was ok, bunch of uninterested kids just going about the routine, no smile, no thank you, no enjoy your food.. no warmth.. It’s as basic as you can get / no frills smoothie joint with falsely advertised pics of food from someone else’s kitchen!
Best smoothies I have ever had
We really enjoy the smoothies and food items but we have ordered curbside pick-up the last 2 times and they never bring the order out. I understand staff shortage but there were 3 team members working and 2 customers in the cafe. When I asked the if they really do curbside and that I had been waiting he just said “ oh sorry”. My drinks were melted and my food was cold.
Great & fast curbside service through their app. Order was ready before the estimated time and Dillan was extremely sweet & attentive when bringing it out!
No recommendations after I was clearly indecisive. Refused to serve a side of rice and beans with the excuse of “no option in computer” even though the Frisco store did it with no problem so my toddler son had chips as his only dinner option since he won’t eat anything else. When I got to my car, realized there was no sauce on my wrap, it was literally falling apart, and about 80% lettuce. Upon my return into the store, employees walked around and ignored me even though it wasn’t busy at all. When I asked for sauce, I was met with the same condescending employee who took my order. It took everything not to go off but then I had to realize these are just teenagers. Even so, some heavy training and development needs to be done. Absolutely horrible experience.***Edited to mention my points weren’t added in the store after scanning my barcode from the app leaving me to search the trash for my receipt…
Great place love the employees always greeted and great smoothies and food. Overall good place to relax and eat healthy
Amazing place to buy food and smoothies! The employees are wonderful and very fun to talk to. I always feel welcome and the quality of everything is great! I always get my food and smoothies quickly and efficiently when I'm there even when they're busy. Definitely would recommend!
The food is amazing! I'd highly recommend the chicken pesto. I really liked the smoothies as well. Deanna, Maddie, Faith and Rinoa were really helpful and friendly! This is one of Fairfield best kept secrets. You can't beat the awesome staff and yummy food. Thanks yall we will definitely be back!
My first time ordering here as I frequent the crumbl next door regularly I figured we would give it a go. Placed a curbside side order and sat directly in front of the door, following the time on the app… our order never came out. My daughter went in to pick up our stuff. Our drinks were melted (product spilled all over her shirt as the cup wasn’t as firm after sitting for so long) snd food was cold. The store seemed to have plenty of employees- why offer curbside if our order along with what appeared to be several other orders are just going to sit there and not be brought out? Store should call Customers if they are unable to bring out for whatever reason. Bad experience for a first visit. I spray and washed her hoodie in hopes to remove the multiple spills from ruining it.
