The desserts here are delicious and well woth the money. I ordered online and picked up in store. The associate was extremely friendly and the cookies were packaged great.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was a walk-in and I believe you have more options for buying smaller quantities that way. The employee assisting me was helpful and patient, I never felt rushed and my treats were nicely packaged. We loved the brownie options and overall enjoyed everything about the experience.
Very very friendly employees. This place is expensive but I really enjoy their cookies. I got a half dozen cookies and a small ice cream for $13 after tax.
Service was good. Cookies were soft and fresh. But too dry and fluffy. Seems like too much egg or flour and not enough fat. I want ooey gooey, not fluffy cakey. I had the snickerdoodle and double chocolate chip.
I think they just still need a bit of training at this new location. Went when they had just opened months back, waited, then tried it recently, but same issues. The cookies are super pale, not golden at all like all the other locations I've tried. It's like they aren't baked fully. The cookies are also a little gritty like they still need to be baked a little longer. Hoping they get better.
When Tiffs Treats first opened in Cypress, I thought it was decent. Not as good as the other Tiffs Treats but decent.The last few times, this location taste NOTHING like Tiffs. Last night (10/22) I tried it again and it was not good at all. I put the date there because whatever cookie mix was used last night, was obviously a bad batch.We ordered a half dozen chocolate chip and half dozen sugar cookies.Won’t be going back.

Really helpful and friendly staff!! Helped me right away and explained the menu for me. Packaging is elegant and sleek. The snickerdoodle cookie is the best in my opinion. The only thing I didn't like was the TiffBlitz, because it wasn't my favorite combo, but everything else was great!
