Props to the bar manager who came and talked to us right then and there about our issues.She was so emotionally intelligent and cool.This is a fantastic place if you have a ton of kids who have a ton of energy and eat outside. So much room for them to play outside. Then they can come inside and use the restroom —where the only inside dining is located. They don’t even have to shut the door—because it doesn’t shut properly anyway.The dining room —literally one room— needs a lot of work done.When you arrive, be prepared for a walk—many sections to meander through.Not handicap friendly.You have to walk outside to order food from another section of the complex.The food.Salty hamburgers.Greasy buns.One serving of fries could feed a family of four.Didn’t get order right.
Staff was very friendly. The burgers are good. The blue cheese burger has great flavor and is served with a ton of French fries. Atmosphere is simple and easy. There's plenty of space for the kids to play. A bit pricey but not out of reason.
Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. A great place to check out on a sunny afternoon. Lots of open space for the kids to play and a nice indoor area as well for the adults. We will be back for sure!
Found this local spot on Google maps and they did not disappoint! Very chill place and kid friendly environment. The outdoor seating was nice and warm with heating. Small playground to keep the kids busy. The burgers were so good and definitely tasted fresh. Fries were perfectly seasoned as well. The pickle chips were crunchy and tasted great. Didn't even try any beers but will definitely be back for those and to try other burgers!!!
My family was excited to finally visit The Burger Ranch but after waiting in line for 10 minutes to order we were told we needed to have a table with a number on it before we can order. Now frustrated, we found a table and came back to a line that was even longer than the first one. Being hungry and extra frustrated we decided to go somewhere else.*Suggestion - Please put a big sign above the cashier area letting new customers know to find a table with a number before ordering.
I had been eying this place for a while and have been wanting to go.The good thing about this place is that the concept is pretty awesome. They have some outdoor dining with plenty of room for kids to run around and play. I'm sure it's a great atmosphere during the evenings.The bad thing is that the burgers were just not good. I was really disappointed in my burger due to the flavor and consistency. I also got fried pickles that were extremely soggy from grease.During this visit, it took nearly an hour to get our food and we all agreed that it was way overpriced for the quality burger that we received.I am disappointed because I had high hopes for this place but I'm not too sure if it's worth going back again.
Very nice family atmosphere. They have outdoor seating and play areas for the kids, and also tvs for sports. The food is tasty and their drink selection is awesome. The location is away from main roads or any major road traffic, and parking wont be an issue, the parking lot area for the businesses there is huge. Definitely recommend this place, you can go there with your family or just to have a couple drinks.
The server was welcoming, but the food not to good. The burger was small for what u pay. Fries were very salty and in little pieces and burn. Not complete fries. I guess I will try when there is a band , I like the option outdoors but I did not like the food for what I paid is expensive.The ambience of the place so so.
We just moved here from northeast Texas and have been looking for a burger that comes close to our home town restaurant “Jucy’s”. Jucy’s has one of the best burgers in Texas. The burger we had today at the Burger Ranch did not even come close. The burger was dry and no flavor. Would not consider going back.
Such a great place for our team event! The entire process of reserving an area for our team and their families (about 45 people) was so easy. Communication was fantastic and the service on the night of our party was flawless. This was my first personal experience at The Burger Ranch, and it instantly became my new favorite spot. Than you guys so much for the perfect way to help our girls end their cheer season; it was a party to remember!
