First time here but a long time consumer of boba tea. I was acknowledged immediately upon entry and y’all know how I feel about that ?. I ordered the white grape oolong tea with honey and boba…yummy! I can’t find anything negative to say about Tea Bear, the young man was polite, thorough and very helpful. The place was super clean and quaint. I the young man/cashier to sweeten my tea with honey and I kid you not…he put the perfect amount of honey in my tea. It was not too sweet. If you’re in the Cypress area, you may want to drop in and try some delicious tea from this cool spot. Sorry but by the time I took the pic well…you know ?…all gone lol.
I was a regular here and typically love it. The last three times I’ve ordered, the drinks have been bland and incorrectly made. I believe they’ve had some staff changes, but due to the recent order issues, I won’t be returning.
TeaBear has one of my favorite green teas! Cute little place, not just drinks but an experience.

Hands down the best boba around. The boba is always fresh and the drinks are delicious. We waited for months and months for this place to open. The reward points are just a cherry on top.Highly recommend. (I Did have issues trying to use a coupon with drive through, so you do have to go in)
The tea is awesome but wow the guy at the front as cashier was rude and disrespectful. We didn’t do anything it was our first time visiting. He was respectful to the white couple behind us. I can’t imagine speaking to anyone like that.
While waiting on my tea to be prepared, a young lady enters with a male friend and proceeded to go behind and counter and fix drinks. She had a tube top and very short shorts. I just wanted a hot black tea. It was bitter. Unsanitary conditions and bitter tea will keep me from returning.
Came with my family, liked the atmosphere! Since my family tried different drinks, I was able to try them ? and they were delicious. The pork veggie and BBQ buns were very good! I dont usually write review but definitely worth coming.
The drinks are average but their bbq and pork buns are amazing! Just like Taiwan 711 convenient stores! Soft and fluffy. I always manage to get some when I close by.
