My wife loves the tabbouleh salad! Good tabbouleh is hard to truly find & their chicken wraps are also very fresh & delicious. This is a very unique restaurant option in the Cypress area that I strongly recommend. The 15 minutes that most likely may be required for you to wait is understandably worth the time.

Baklava was great. food was decent. Wasn't served steaming hot.. Chicken was dry and the temperature of the room was the same as outside. They had fans on but we all know how hot it is outside in houston this summer. Couldn't cool off yo save my life.

Part small grocery store, part small restaurant, this is not only a literal taste of mediterranean food but also its culture. You wouldn’t think you could find such quality in the middle of this humble interception in Cypress, but this place is so great that it’s become my default go-to for my dinner on most weekdays (to the point the staff already knows what I’m getting by walking in). I have gotten the same plate every time and they cook it GREAT every single time!I almost never leave reviews, but this is my favorite eating place close to home, so it totally deserves it.My applause to the cooks!

I’ve been looking for a good Mediterranean spot to eat! Found Taza, was very surprised to find out that it was a small grocery store also! I recommend #19 spicy or non spicy and #1 with chicken. Their food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.

This place is awesome, I was in heaven when I found this place.

The experience was wonderful with them, the food was delicious and the grills were delicious. Thank you to all the staff, ❤️especially Abdullah Wahsh Taza.❤️

We go to this place a lot, I mean 3x a week a lot and order take out. Since we’re feeding our fam, we usually get the big platters and usually love them. As of recent, their service and quality has hugely declined. They’re super cheap with their garlic sauces, charges 60 cents for one small tub and to me that’s just bad customer manners but then we ordered a big platter of grilled items and I swear they gave us old food. The meats tasted like it was pulled out of a fridge not a grill and the breads were hard as a rock. That night I also got sick after eating so I’m assuming it actually was old food. They have lost our business forever now and wish we had quit earlier when the portions started decreasing. In fact gave us chicken kabobs when we were supposed to get beef kabobs. All in all we’re done with this place.

I’ve ordered here many times over more than two years. It used to be great. Good food good value. Lately, it’s plummeted. I’ve not been given items I paid for. Service has been poor. Worst of all, the quality has gotten very bad and the portion sizes have diminished by nearly half. I was just given cold, stale fries and chicken so dry that for all I know it might have been cooked yesterday and left out since then. I also ordered two of the same dish, and one of the two had hardly any chicken. The rice was also undercooked and chewy. I can’t justify ever returning.

Good food, stingy portions. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 people. They gave us ONE tiny garlic sauce. Why do you give ONE sauce for TWO people? Don't you give one sauce for a one person platter? How does that make sense? So we can get one teaspoon each? The food was good but if stinginess doesn't stop, there are plenty of excellent Mediterranean options in Houston.

First visit to this store. We had the Taza Mixed Grill and it came with a ground beef kabob, ground chicken kabob and chicken kabob with charred onions, grilled tomato and large pita bread. The flavors were great and we enjoyed it. They also have a Mediterranean market. Will return.
