I've been to other aranda's locations this was the best one food was hot delicious and so was the service.
Got 2 burrito California’s no tomato ? she said 10 minute wait ok ?? get home to eat beef fajita and it was full of chewy meat w more fat then meat ? I didn’t like it but it was my dinner ? disappointed ? ? used to be so much better tasting NEVER ? GOING BACK ?25$ for two burritos ? that I probably should have gone to taco ? bell ? instead
the food is so yummy and the absolute best customer service ever! the waitresses are so attentive and sweet, couldn’t recommend enough 10/10
The service was horrible!! They didn’t provide silverware, straws, salsa, chips…etc. all the essentials for enjoying our food. Not to mention they always forgot to bring them after we asked for them. Also took forever to get our food. Better off cooking at home!!

I was looking forward to chicken enchiladas. As I began eating them, there were large pieces of chicken skin in them. They tasted disgusting. High cost - low quality. Very disappointed.
The food is amazing but the service is terrible for example: they don’t answer their phones and when they do they leave you on the phone for more than 10 minutes so you would have to go in to order. They always get the order wrong, and the service in the restaurant is terrible they treat you like if they are mad at the world.
Myself or someone in my household orders Togo from here at least once a week. Recently I called in my order for 8 breakfast tacos for me an my family of 4 paid $32 and change for the order. I went to pick the order up, got home to find only 5 tacos in the bag. I called back up to the restaurant to let them know and after arguing with me about it a few minutes, the lady finally said they would be ready in a few minutes and to come pick them up. I drove back up to the restaurant and Bereneice was extremely rude, again telling me I got 8 tacos. I let her know again that I only had 5 tacos! I don't have to lie or steal tacos nor waste my time going back up to the restaurant multiple times for any. Although she told me over the phone to come back, the tacos were not ready and she proceeded to argue with me and accused me again of lying about 3 TACOS! She finally gave me what I paid for, slammed them on the counter and told me I'm going to go to jail!!! I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they would be there the next day. I called the next day and was told the same thing. The lady,, Berneice I, dealt with is ALWAYS RUDE and I usually do not like to deal with her and is why I never dine in. She needs to be replaced. I won't be going back..
Service was great and food was on point! I don't understand the mediocre reviews because my experience was better than almost any restaurant I've been to in Houston.
They could be better! Service is mostly horrible! And food it’s ok but over priced!
