I wasn't impressed at all. The service was awful. Went with a party of 12 people for Mother's Day, after my niece convinced us the restaurant was excellent, so we drove over an hour to celebrate there. We had a reservation for 6:30 pm, but we had to wait 2 hours to be seated (8:30 pm), not to mention it was very uncomfortable inside. It was as if they had no air conditioning on, and when the chef's were cooking at other tables, the heat from the grill made it even hotter. After we were seated the waiter took our drink orders and and at this time we ordered our food as well. The drinks were brought out promptly, but we didn't receive our soup, salad, and spring rolls until after 9 pm, and they close at 10 pm. We asked to speak to the manager, but she never came, so after about 20 minutes of waiting for her, someone in our party looked for her. She knew that we had an issue, so she sent the chef to our table immediately, but she never came to the table to address our issues. After the person in our party spotted her, she was very inconsiderate and rude, and offered us a 10% discount (for a party of 12), and we left the establishment. I will never, ever, ever frequent this restaurant again, or recommend this restaurant. I was so disappointed, because I felt like the money was more important than the service provided. Sometimes it is not about the money, but the service. If you treat your customers fairly, the customers will come back, but not for bad service.
I hate to even give this establishment one star after my experience. It deserves zero stars. My experience started on Mother’s Day when I booked an reservation for 6:30 for a party of 12. Arrive to find that our reservation could not be accommodated and we would wait almost a hour before being seated. Not to mention that most of our party drove almost a hour for this dinner. Once we finally got seated for hibachi the waiter came and took our drink orders and we all ordered food. No one could have imagined that we would wait almost another hour in a half for the chef to come and cook. In the meantime, I’m asking to speak to (Amber) the manager that kept blowing me off. Once the party was all fed up we all decided to leave she finally wanted to talk and offered a 10% discount. What a waste of all of our time. If I can save someone’s time, DO NOT go to this place. There is other hibachi places with great customer service. I can not speak for the food because I never got a chance to EAT!?
The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful and I thought that my experience would be also but I was WRONG. I made reservations at this establishment for 6:30pm. I was not seated until 7:40pm after being promised several times that my party would next to be seated since we had a reservation. After being seated it was another hour before anyone came to take our order for food. Another hour after that the waitor kept promising that the cook was preparing the food. At this time it was 9pm and we are requesting the manager to come to the table because this is ridiculous and she refused to come speak with us. I was VERY disappointed in the customer service we received and lack of professionalism. I'm not sure if it was due to her frustration but we left without eating after 3 hours of waiting. This was by far My worst experience eating out in this area. The manager was so rude and condescending when we asked multiples times if she could come speak to us. We walked out at 9:30 and the Manager did not care. Which was very bad customer service and lack of leadership skill.
Great Date night place to go, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. As a person that does not like seafood, I was surprised to see they had a chicken crunch roll, it was fantastic. We will be back for sure!
Ordered 2 shaggy dogs and one chicken dish to pick up. I understand phone times are estimates but the lady said 25 minutes and it was an hour and 5 minute wait. Saw both shaggy dogs waiting for 20 minutws but not the chicken. No apology or anything. Food is always fine. But that is just crazy in my opinion to call in and wait an hour and 5 minutes. I stood there for 30 minutes, ruins a Friday night for sure.
Nice location, good service. Food is depending what you ordered. The bento box with Filet was good, meat was tender and fried rice was nicely cooked. However, the sashimis 5 combination platter was not fresh, the cut was too thick almost, 1 inch thick. Eating raw foods with thick cut was not appetite.
Went in around 3pm and had the whole place to myself. The food was great, I got a basic Philadelphia roll and the fantasy roll. The Philadelphia was thick and filling. The fantasy roll was also delicious ? and decorated very fancy.The service was great and immediate. Music selection also had a nice vibe for the atmosphere. I was very happy with this place and definitely will return with a date.
Went and ordered three adult steak dinners. Steak didn’t look that great when they put it on the grill but figured we’d give it a chance. Once I received my steak it instantly had a foul taste (even my 6yo voiced how bad it tasted) it was clearly OLD meat, it may not have been stored properly. Manager was made aware and they cooked us steak in the back. Well the portions (pictured below) we received weren’t near an adult portion. I wouldn’t recommend this place and that’s just one of the many reasons why. Spoke with the manager after, she offered a credit for next time, I respectfully declined. There definitely won’t be a next time. Taking my business to Shoguns. I eat hibachi at least 3x monthly and this was by far the most awful experience.
Not an inviting place toHave dinner at. The place looksMessy boxes everywhere and dirty. It feelsLike a cheap restaurant even though Is in a very nice area. The ceiling has broken and missing tiles , very moldy a/c vents and just clutter everywhere.
Cosette was amazing! Great attitude and service. Even for it being Valentines day. The hosetess should of had a better attitude, it was unorganized. But this is still my favorite place. Food!!! Delicious
