Does this place have a manager? I've been coming in weekly for a few months. The place will have no customers and I go through the drive through and they are very slow. I see a bunch of people walking around inside though. Also they need to update their super burrito assembly instructions. About half the time I open the package and most of the guts are outside of the burrito making a mess. In any case, best fast food Mexican as far as I'm concerned. I will be back but lets get the service cleaned up here!
Chilada and taco were amazing. It taste just like the old school enchrito that i miss from the other place! I wish there was one of these in the clear lake area because i would go all the time!
Got to love Taco Casa! Definitely one of my favorite drive-thru Mexican food chains. Burritos and Tacos are a good size and all the ingredients taste fresh. In Texas this is important also... Taco Casa has awesome tea! lol You can even get it to-go in a gallon bag. In general it stands above its peers in food quality and service in my opinion. Don't forget to sign up for the text messages and get special deals all month long.
Literally disappointed!! This is NOT the Fort Worth Way!! I get it’s in Houston but my gosh this has to be the first time I’ve ever had terrible service from Taco Casa! The meat tastes very odd.. The taco shells are old! I sat in the drive thru for at least 20minutes waiting for someone to take my order only to finally go inside and be disappointed!! This food tastes horrible!! Not sure what happened they were really good at first..
Good Food problem is lazy staff and didnt like this one sitting on the counter with his underwear showing playing on his phone while I had to wait to get things that should be out like napkins and sauce and forks like normal so we dont have to bother the staff. Need soda machine turned around so people can get refills without waiting for employees everytime.
The ABSOLUTE best. The original flavors you miss at tacobell. Drove an hr to eat here and will again. God bless Taco Casa. I hope more will open.

First time coming to any Taco Casa location. Basically to me it's like a higher end taco bell but with similar prices. Place was clean, plenty of staff there. They bring you the food. All of what my family had was really good. Now I do love my taco bell but this place is def better, higher end food.
My children and I attempted to dine in at your cypress restaurant on Thursday night. We waited at the register while 2 girls talked and were on their phones. We waited for 2 minutes and they never looked up. Then another worker came walking by the register on his phone not noticing us. We frequent this location at least once a week and this was completely unacceptable. We left and took our business else where and will most likely not be back
very good food. fresh and delicious. my favorite is the chelada .
