Out of towner here, first time at this establishment & right off the bat the hospitality was amazing! The food was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you to the gentleman & staff who greeted me as soon as I entered the building & the gentleman who helped me carry my drinks to my car! That is A+++ service right there.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - go somewhere else. We just waited 40 minutes for food after being in drive thru. Not a huge line, no one inside dining. Did they have to hunt down the food? Also, no one came to tell us why the wait was so long. When the lady brought the food out, she handed it to us like we were part of the problem. You’re better off going hungry than going here. Do we have a zero star option?

I would like to give them negative star if Google allow me. The sign reads that the store closes at 10pm, but we went there at 9pm and everything was cleaned up. No salsa bar, no customer service. The guy who was taking order don't know what was he doing. Can't even process the credit card properly. No manners at all.Ridiculous experience at this location. You must change the staff ASAP if you want the business running.

I came in today via drive-thru and ordered two breakfast tacos with bacon and nachos. I’m not from around the area so this order hurt a little more ! So I get to my destination and find the pictured below in my bag! I tried to call multiple times to get the issue resolved and no one answered the phone! I understand having bacon in a hold because I’ve worked fast food but burnt food should never go out! Also my nachos were steak fajita and I literally counted 4 small pieces of fajita in my food! I expected better because of how long I waited in the line to get my food! You had time to get right and I understand accidents happen but this experience was unacceptable! Highly dissatisfied!

Manager is sitting outside smoking while there is cars in drive-through and no one‘s taking orders For somebody that is a business owner that is unprofessional

The food was OK. It's not like I remember from 30 years ago. We were treated very rudely by one of the employees. She barked orders loudly at us and other customers that walked in to order food and then stomped over to the door to lock it because the dining room was closed. No sign was on the door to indicate the dining room was closed.I will say that the employee who took our order was very nice but seemed overworked and tired.Everyone has long, frustrating days but rude IS never acceptable.Another customer said to me as we left that they go to this restaurant and never know how they will be treated.I will pray for this store.

Went to get lunch at this location yesterday afternoon, and the wait was horrible. I was there for 25 minutes, and when I got to the window, the employee didn't even apologize for the long wait time... he didn't speak at all, as matter of fact. I would've pulled out of the line after 10 minutes, but I was stuck. The food was okay, but the service was bad. And to think, I avoided Chick Fil A because the line was long, but the service probably would've been 5-star.

As a food runner, my opinion is that the logistics are poorly planned. Lobby is closed, and no one is picking up the phone. So, they made me do the drive-thru line on an order that had been placed 20 minutes prior, and it was a small breakfast order. Of course, it took me another 20 minutes to finally get the order and 15 to drive it to the customer... Obviously, the order had been sitting there while I was on the drive-thru and got to the customer super cold.... The customer was unhappy, and I wasted an hour on a simple order that should have been 25 to 30 minutes tops.

This evening, I visited Store# 20276 and experienced great customer service. Glate one of the employees working the drive through took my order. He was patient when I was indecisive about what to order and pointed out items on the menu that I was unable locate. In addition to that, he was respectful and said yes ma’am and had a pleasant yet confident tone. The excellent customer service continued when I arrived at the window, Tava processed my payment and ensured that I had everything I needed.Great customer service is a learned skill that requires patience and can make a lasting impression. It is also a reflection of good management (Night manager-T) a pleasant work environment and job satisfaction. I greatly appreciate the service I received and would like to encourage the young people to keep it up!

Try this place, great fresh food!
