I ordered online on Saturday. The order came wrong, I stead of a steak teriyaki I received a chicken teriyaki without any sauce, it didn't taste teriyaki. I went back to the store and the attendant, who named himself "D" got my phone to ask the manager Nikole to call me back on the next day. I am still waiting. I sent an email to the store and nothing happened. After reading the reviews I realized that they don't care for the online orders and prepaare whatever they want because people will see at home only. So, my suggestion for those who want to order online is to choose another store....

wowowow. i am so disappointed. after making an order of 3 sandwiches online, only one came with the correct order. we ordered a STEAK teriyaki sandwich, and guess what we got? CHICKEN teriyaki. and it doesnt even taste like teriyaki. i asked for chicken with a bunch of stuff including avocados and cheese, but i think i messed up when i changed the size so im not even going to complain about that.UPDATE: my mother just went to complain about the incorrect order about the sandwich and received the WORST customer service by someone who was super rude who said his name was “D” and had a tattoo on his arm that says “Margaret”.

This location has gotten a lot better as of late. The ingredients are more fresh and the services is ALOT faster! I use to set there and watch the lady and wondered if she was ever going to get done making my sandwich. The store is clean and food is fresh!

So my sister decided to pick-up an afternoon meal for her, myself, and my mother. Upon biting into the below subway sandwich I felt something hard cut my gum and hurt my tooth. Upon slowing removing the sandwich out my mouth I found a piece of broken off plastic. I’m so angry for multiple of reasons one being Covid-19 is very real and I don’t know where the plastic has been in contact with. Second my General safety especially being my tooth hurts and my gum was bleeding. Being it is a freshly made sandwich how did they not miss this piece of plastic in the sandwich. In any case I’m very dissatisfied with this matter!It’s November 15, 2021 and management still hasn’t reach out about the matter! I see where the workers get the culture of this particular franchise from.It’s now January 25, 2022 and management or the franchise owner has responded. I think that’s definitely represents a poor work culture!

They changed the way a chicken bacon ranch sandwich is made. the concoction that they offer is disgusting! The way it was may previously ( chicken with slices of bacon ) now costs you more! why the change?! Why the extra costs?! so sad!! I addition to the change of sandwich, the customer service level is horrible! they argue with you on how you want your sandwich made. Its NOT made your way! again, so sad!

Excellent! Im a regular customer bcoz i love Tuna and Turkey sandwich a lot. I wish there was a membership card.

I ordered a sub online an asked for normal sauce and they put too much sauce

Staff is really friendly and go out of their way to take care of you. Once they get to know you they can almost have your order ready before you can tell them what you want. Restaurant is clean with good parking. Easy to get in and out. Only draw back is the Wi-Fi there is none and you have to set up your app out side before coming in or it will not work.

It was the gentleman at the counter that made the whole experience.
