This subway is a JOKE. They act like the ingredients come out of their paychecks and have the snottiest attitudes. They have zero business working with the public.

My sandwich straight up smelled like nicotine.The bag, the wrapping paper, the bread.The smell was overwhelming.
The store is ok, the lady Monica all the time is very rude, I don't understand why she still working there with that bad and rude attitude, we prefer go to subway close to HEB, also she is rude and disrespect with others workers in the same store.

Sweet older lady in this location alone during this ice storm shame on management for that. However she was very calm and effective fixing our sandwiches being short handed. I will definitely eat here again because of her customer service! Do better Subway with staff!
The woman behind the counter at 1:25 today was absolutely out of line. My mask string broke as I was in line and she was pointing at the door telling me I had to go as I was trying to tie the two ends together. Wouldn't even let me speak as I was trying to explain what had happened. Even though I had pulled my shirt up over my nose. Such an overreacting person.
I ordered 3 sandwiches for pickup and paid extra for bacon on my cold cut combo, but it was very soggy! Also, the older woman who packaged my order did not wear any gloves! Gross! And the corporate website is not user friendly either unless you have an actual paper receipt. So, no help for ordering online.
