Used to love coming to this location but the people here are not properly trained. Asked for a FL Pro and they did not understand what I meant or what it was.It’s on the menus!! Lol asked for a Baja steak and jack, they had no idea what Baja sauce was.I swear maybe It’s just me, but something tells me that’s not the case. The lady and the gentleman behind the counter today knew very little about their menus. For now it looks like my family will definitely be sure to not order anything from here when those geniuses are working.
Oh… how I miss the $5 Footlong days ??
Sandwich was built perfect, service was great.. but why does Subway only give 1 napkin for footlongs?
we stop by at least twice a week and they have fast customer service!!
It's not just this place it's all Subways. Customer walk in with no masks breathing all over the ingredients that you're about to put in your mouth. None of the Subways are sanitary enough, not even for home delivery
The young man doesn't wash his hands after using the register. He just put on his gloves and proceeded to open the oven and start a new sandwich. This is an issue about health services... cross contamination, the employees do not know the correct procedures to make food. I really wonder how they prep the meats and tuna in the back...There is no point on wearing a mask or wearing gloves if hands are also not been washed.Also, been short staffed is not an excuse to skip washing their hands at the very least sanitize.
5 minutes before an 8 pm closing time the staff had everything put away, lock the door, and were just finishing mopping the floor. Needless to say not happy.
Sign on the door says open until 8pm—but they are not. False advertising is never consumer friendly.
This subway is clean! Manager is sure super friendly and nice. Overall, it is a great place to come
Rude service I had a coupon but instead of politely saying she could not take it she rudely waved and yelled no without explaining . There was no one else in here or was not busy to get this treatment.
