Lady in the window kept talking and they took more than 20min to get our drink and there was only 2 cars infront.
Staff was very pleasant and the facility was clean and well taken care of.
Had a good experience With George, one of the shift managers, had a wonderful experience everyday with Taylor, great vibes and great conversation while I wait for my drink, good location I recommend it, Erin the GM is friendly too! The are very accommodating and makes it fun to visit
I should have read the reviews before stopping here in the morning. Service was very slow. There were 6 people working behind the counter over 30 mins to get a vanilla latte! The drive thru line moved a hell of a lot faster than the line inside..
Not recommended. Service is slow, usually out of supplies. Prefer the service at the Kroger location better. Come on Starbucks.
Takes 15 mins even if you order ahead 10 mins before you arrive, then wait longer. They don't start drink till you stand in mobile line at least 10-13 mins.
Never again will we order from here again during a school day. I promise I’m not trying to be mean. We ordered online so it would be ready when we got there. We waited for 30-40 minutes once we got there. They were so in the weeds. Maybe they didn’t have a manager on duty today to put out the fires and get caught up on the orders. Or maybe they were short staffed. It’s very understandable though to slow down when you’re completely overwhelmed. We did finally get our order. But lesson learned. Don’t come here early in the morning if you have to be somewhere.

Every once in awhile I treat myself to a Vanilla Latte. I was really disappointed this morning when I got my vanilla latte. My latte was mostly foam and very little coffee! I had 4 sips and it’s gone! Time to start making it at home!!! Very disappointed!
Very busy. And in a congested location. Looks like a popular hangout after a workout at the 24hour fitness across the street.
