The staff here are always so friendly, it brings a smile to my face when I’m so tired in the mornings. This is by far my favorite location to go to, simply because of the workers (the drive through workers in particular!)
Love the coffee, but not the prices. It's way over priced. I realize I'm paying for a the brand. I think I will find a cheaper alternative. I can't pay these prices for coffee when gas is so high now. ?
This starbucks has my heart. Great service. I went through the drive through and the process took less than a minute from start to finish. Wether you’re making a quick trip or staying a while, this is the place to be. I don’t even drink coffee.

Been coming here for years and today reaffirmed my belief that it really is one of the best Starbucks in Cypress, TX. Great atmosphere, good vibes, clean tables, friendly staff, correct orders, and most importantly…they keep that line MOVING! Well worth the time to come inside and relax. Im actually getting pretty sick & tired of this location they are ALWAYS out of something, mostly honey for which tea I order, or Caramel for my coffee, so sad. They need to pay me for my wasted time?
Nope! This is not ok for a grande just bc I asked for no ice! This is not what I get at the other Starbucks on the freeway by target when I ask for no ice! Plus my other drinks were filled with cold foam and a tiny amount of pink drink! Ridiculous! We will not be a frequent customer anymore!
Unsafe food handling at drive thru. I watched the girl at the drive thru take back food from the vehicle in front of me. She then attempted to hand it to me when we pulled up to the window. When I asked her which of the bags she received from the previous car, she wasn’t sure which it was. She then took all three bags to the back and, while I can’t prove it 100% I’m pretty sure she, pretended to make new ones. However, her attitude when I confronted her & the time it took her to come back with the “new” food left me pretty confident she handed me food she wasn’t supposed to accept back in the first place.
They made my drink wrong. When I told them it's wrong their solution was to wait in line again to re-order. Starbucks used to be more customer focused.
