I like the location. Quick service, and friendly people. I would however like it if you made the drinks correctly. I have been finding my way to other coffee shops cause of their similar drinks. Please learn to make the Starbucks® Blonde espresso, brown sugar, & cinnamon all shaken to perfection. There is no cinnamon when i order it, and when i ask for extra its, not shaken. Everything is at the bottom of the drink.Its the highlight of my day, please get it right.
I really wanted to try their new pineapple passionfruit refresher but they were sold out. I then ordered the mango dragonfruit but they were out of lemonade. I was upset but Carolina, the cashier, was the sweetest. She gave me a recommendation of a drink as well as a sandwich. She was very patient with me being indecisive. She’s the perfect example of customer service in my opinion!
This location gets a 4 because of one employee. He was a young man who was very nice and service oriented.The 6 digit bathroom combination in a true suburban community is a bit much
Everything was going lovely. First time inside. At 9 15 young lady comes and starts to take out the trash in the lobby. Well she is banging the condiment bins and taking the trash bags and fluffing them so loudly. Very unprofessional. Giving signals to leave. It doesn't take all of that to take out trash. Mind you, the place closes at 10. Very rude and unprofessional but this is America. I can hear the young man in the back saying now don't go harass our customers...it caught my attention but I didn't know what I was in for..so her actions were premeditated. I hope she gets consequences for her unprofessional behavior. 6/24 at 9:15. I should report her to corporate. Emily is her name.
Sad to say this but I did an Uber eats order from here and I got a matcha, well when I was almost done with my venti drink I noticed something black on the side of my cup I thought it was just some matcha powder that wasn’t mixed in because that can sometimes happen but nope took a close look, stirred it, shook it and everything and it was still solid, turns out it was a bug and I saw 2 who knows if I drank some by accident.
Ordered a jade mint honey citrus tea and got black coffee… My order is labeled on the cup and they still gave me the wrong thing. Now I’m at work irritated because I don’t have my tea and no one is picking up the phone to resolve this issue. It’s ridiculous.
I came into the Starbucks this morning to grab a drink I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name because I had to sign in to Google but the whole staff here specifically this one lady and you will know who you are was amazing and absolutely blew me away at five in the morning I will definitely return thank you so much for the dedication and great customer service you were amazing have a awesome day thank you guys.
Expect to wait 20+ minutes in the drive through here for one drink - even when it isn’t busy. The cashiers and barista seriously lack time management. I see it everytime! My ONE drink will be sitting there, getting cold and cashier will be punching in orders as I sit at the window watching my drink lose heat. Also they don’t make the drink like other locations, still taste good, just not sure if they’re abiding by the recipe… Unfortunately this is the most convenient Starbucks stores near me :/
You can always expect good customers service at Starbucks but this place is amazing. The drive-thru staff is very friendly and make you feel like they know you.
Ordered white chocolate mocha and paid for that and got hot chocolate. Had to drive back to get the order right. What a waste of time and no body even tried to apologize
