I come to Starbucks quite often and will order 3-4 iced latte drinks each time. Somewhere along the way a different Starbucks location offered to give me these small circular stickers to cover the open spout and eliminate splash out when I mentioned the trouble I would have with liquids splashing into my console or seats.Fast forward to this location. They flat out refuse to provide these stickers to me. On two separate occasions, I have stopped here and requested said stickers. Both times they tell me they are very sorry but the stickers are only for Uber drivers.Dumb, terrible customer service, and not Starbucks policy based on my experience at every other Starbucks I have ever visited. Why are Uber drivers more important than the actual paying customer? This review is specific to the 290 & Spring Cypress location. 25615 Northwest Fwy U.S. 290, Cypress, TX 77429
It’s always faster for me to go inside than use the drive through at this location
While waiting in a long line inside the store, Kennedy, one of the baristas got on a register to help take orders. In the middle of me receiving great customer service from Kennedy, a female manager interrupted her and took over taking my order. I witnessed this manager speaking very rudely to her employee. I ended up giving Kennedy a tip because I thought that what the manager did was extremely discourteous. I didn’t like the way the manager spoke to the barista. No one should put up with that kind of treatment especially from management.
The atmosphere was okay to hangout, but the drink is terrible. I ordered an ice matcha late but I don’t know what they put in there that make it so foamy to the point it undrinkable. It also tasteless, they need to improve the recipe
Yes drinks might be inconsistent. But VIOLET is the sweetest thing ever!! She recommended something for me and had me taste it before I drove off to make sure I liked it!! Violet is the reason I’m leaving a 5 star review. Amazing customer service, and so cheerful. She made my morning!
Always super nice and friendly, and they get my order right every time and it actually tastes good, unlike my experiences at other Starbucks. I work right across from here and go in around 7 on Monday mornings for a simple latte or frappe, it’s just a quick walk across the parking lot. There’s frequently a long line at the drive thru, which I don’t use because it clogs up the parking lot. If you are one of the cars that lines up when there are already 10+ cars in line, you are a sociopath and I hate you. The staff works hard and they keep everything neat.
The employees at this location have always been friendly, but the quality of the drinks is inconsistent. Today my daughter got a "pink drink". This is her favorite and she purchases it at least once a week from other locations. Today's was a clumpy, watery mess that tasted as unappealing as it looked. Unfortunately, she grabbed it and left... though I don't think she was open to letting them try it a second time. That's twice in a row here, with drinks too expensive to have to toss!
So I have ordered Starbucks for years. I am a travel nurse and have ordered at multiple Starbucks. Today was a first. I order 5 shots of espresso of ice in a vent cup, cream and classic syrup. I do this through my app because this Starbucks is SLOW. I picked up my coffee today and it had no cream in it I asked for just a splash of cream I was told to order a latte next time and that I would be charged for the cream. What??? Pre pandemic the cream was on the counter and I would do it myself. I explained that when I order regular cream through my app it's the same price. She goes on to argue with me I paid 0.76 to have a splash of cream. NO OTHER STARBUCKS HAS EVER DONE THIS. This place is ran by kids, no customer service and usually 90% of the time my coffee is wrong and I don't have time to wait 20 minutes for them to fix my order. I will not come back to this particular store again. I pay a lot for coffee and I expect it to be right.
Very fast but my mother's coffee was Luke warm, mine was piping hot, but not what I ordered. And the line was so long in the drive thru that I ran in to get the drinks. Friendly staff, but when I'm paying 7$ for a cup of coffee I'd like to receive what I ordered please and hot or cold not warm. A giftcard or some apologies would be nice. Thank you very much, but I think with this experience I'll take another exit to another Starbucks next week.
Bought a venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle, iced. Instead i get the norm which doesn’t blend with the bitterness of the coffee and the creaminess of the milk.
