Nice young man that was working. He made my drink precisely how I asked and was very welcoming while being the only one working. Would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks in Kroger!
Very annoyed. Store says closes at 9, got there at 840, guy says sorry I'm already cleaning up. Closing at 9 means we leave at 9. Drinks stop at 830 so we can clean up. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and that has never been the case. This needs to be addressed with corporate.
Employee standing in the shop saying that they Can not make tea since the machines are shut down at 0830! They are supposed to be open until 0900 PM! Always out of products, bad customer service, and plan on waiting for a while!
Ordered a drink with 2 shots of espresso. Did not receive a drink with 2 shots. They even wrote on the cup, 2 shots of espresso. Very annoyed.

Friendly and inviting service, but the drive thru can't even manage the capacity of customers on a busy day so the traffic is backed out into the service drive. The only way to get in line is to leave the parking lot and get in line from feeder/service drive when there is a long line.I decide to go in and still waited 23 minutes and I was first in line! This was because of all of the pick up orders placed before I got there. So if you're planning to go in, you may want to place a pickup order from your car way in advance on busy day.Tried the location again but I went through the drive through. The line had 6 cars in line and still a hot mess because of the parking lot has very limited traffic. We were surely cutting off a shared parking lot to stay in line.Starbucks owner should really relocate to a corner lot with their own private entry and one way in and out. I swear they need more women doing the thinking for this kinda construction. The could learn a lot from Chic Filet drive thru layout.

wouldn't come back here. waited close to 15 minutes and no one showed up. yet there's a sign saying they're always open.
Love going to this Starbucks. A they are always on top of their game. Drinks are always made right.
Excellent service and friendly staff along with fresh coffee everyday.
