Ordered online. Got to location. Set my stall # and waited. And waited. No one ever came or responded. Went to the drive thru. The person said something and never came back. 35 minutes later I just left. Tried to call the general manager with the number on the speaker. Left a message. Never responded. Complained online. Got an email saying they'll look into it. Never heard anything else. All of this is over $1.88 slushie....smh
Was hung up on twice before order was taken, 3 of the 5 items were incorrect, when I asked for the correct items I was given incorrect ones a second time. Gave them 2 stars only because they were fast in getting the incorrect food out.
We pulled into one of the stalls to order. After sitting there for over 20 minutes and realizing no one had come out to take our order, my son pushed the button a second time only to be RUDELY told they were only taking orders in the drive-thru, which had an extremely long line at the point. There were three other vehicles in stalls who were also angrily backing out and leaving at the same time as we were who were waiting a few minutes prior to us pulling up!
Waited in drive through for 20 min with only 3 cars in front and still didn't get to order so ended up leaving and going to whataburger next
This is the absolute worst sonic ever! The lady in the morning makes up her own rules and forces you to go through the drive thru, the mobile ordering is hardly ever working, and they are downright rude despite all of their other shortcomings. Find yourself a different sonic, it’s worth it!
Pass. No carhop stall ordering. When I pulled up, my stall and several others had already had the red button pressed. Found out why when I went to another stall - lady told me to go through the drive through, that was the only way they would accept orders (location is also not accepting mobile ordering through the app). Well the drive through had 10+ cars in it, going past where I sat in a stall. No thanks. Didn't even get to order, just left. Considering the other reviews, I probably would have had cold mozzarella sticks at that.If this is a franchise, check up on your employee work flow. This is not acceptable.
I felt it was necessary to mention how kind the employees are at this Sonic. I don't remember the persons name who took my order but James brought me my food to my car and was so kind and the food was good as well. :)
Greatest sonic ever, till you come at night. The night and day crew really are night and day when it comes to service. Night crew needs some retraining or replacing.

The food was great; it took a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait; everything tasted great! The lady cashier was very attentive even though after I ordered, I had to add add a shake at the window. We were very pleased!
