If you wanna sit in a drive through line for over 30 minutes this is your place to go. I’d understand if they were actually busy, but they weren’t. We sat at the pickup window for 15 minutes watching the employee casually walk back and forth not doing anything at all.Update: order also came out wrong, asked for a plain cheeseburger, got a fully loaded one.
This place is terrible. I ordered 3 items; an ice cream cone, a foot long chili cheese dog, and jumbo popcorn chicken. They gave me 2 food items and when I told them I was missing an ice cream cone, the guy didn't believe me and wanted to see the receipt. When I got home I saw that in the foot long container, it was just fries with chili and cheese. Both of the employees just seemed annoyed that we were there.
I went to this location few weeks back to try their new sandwich. I did this during a promotion period for the 1/2 off sandwich. Got home to find out my entire order was wrong. They gave me a basic burger, and they almost missed my burrito as well if I did not check the bag to notice it was missing.I reach out to their customer service team and they did none thing to bring a positive resolution to this matter (Incident: 220412-000775). After multiple response, they stop communicating with me.I will def not order anything from this location again and make less willing to do businesses with other locations.
Got the bacon sandwich half off as a reward. Was the first sandwich I’ve given a chance to onlymbecusee Whataburger line was so long. For the price I would get it again I liked it. But not for it’s 5$ app price. Too many better affordable options elsewhere
Young lady at the window was very rude practically slammed my drink in my hand at the drive thru. Secondly I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade after finishing the drink I like to chew the ice. I noticed the cup had one chery it. However at least 20 stems of other cherries I don't understand why she would make the drink that way. Anyhow Im guessing she was having a bad day but still ridiculous to do that ...
Food came out soggy and cold. Mobile ordered and sat here for 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When I called in they said they were finishing bagging it but as soon as he got of the speaker they walked out with it. COLD OF COURSE!!!! What were you doing in there? Everything we ordered was already pre made in there.
There were only 2 people working at I waited 26 mi uses for a burger and 2 corn dogs wixh were cold. ?

20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and chicken strips, if I didn't have hungry kids waiting would have left. Absolutely unacceptable.
Love my drinks sometime customer service is horrible but it's getting better
