Second bad experience in a month. The first was I got no answer at the drive-thru intercom to order after several minutes. I thought maybe it was broken. There was a huge line of cars behind me so I drove to the front. Of course there was Major confusion and & after waiting awhile I decided to leave. I decided to try for a second time today. Again I could see the disorganization as I had to repeat my order three times with only 2 items. Then the total was wrong because it was 2:15 p.m. I had a slush so it should have been half price. Again I waited for a while no one came out so between that and the fact they were going to overcharge me there won't be a 3rd time
I ordered a mobile order drink and my lemon had mold all over it. What the hell is going on. This is disgusting
Would give 0 stars if I could. This sonic is a joke. They are extremely slow. Don’t go here unless you have a minimum 30 minutes to wait for your food and they employees all have horrible attitudes. Can’t believe this location is even still in business.

We ordered 2 combos, and chicken 5 piece only. Everything was hot and cooked well. Our order had a lil problem with the drinks, a few were wrong. The lady who brought the correct ones out to us was very apologetic and kind. Mistakes happen, it's all about how you handle things. She got it right! ?
The tea is very old and nasty. They charged me twice for a rotten tea.Sonic is not a good place anymore. No sonic in Houston can do their job. None.Offering me free nasty food for the inconvenience, is more of an inconvenience than just never going back.
I just visited this location and the service was amazing ? My Frito pie burritos were delicious and the workers took care of me.
Horrible service. Sat for 6 min waiting to order and then had to wait another 9min before they came back to confirm.
Poor service. Sat at a stall for 10 minutes after pushing button with no response. Their gift card machine has been broke for 2 weeks. Perfect for the holiday season when they are the only one in the immediate area that sells gift cards.
Everytime we go in the later afternoon it take forever for someone to take your order no matter if its drive thru or a pull up spot. Tonight we tried to go and get ice cream and couldnt even get anyone to answer at the drive thru so we left. This store is really going down hill with their customer service and their staff. Last time we were there and actually able to order two of the staff member running food had their pants falling down to the point that they had to continuously stop at the door and pull their pants halfway up withtheir underwear still showing. Then when dropping food off they barely said anything other then heres your food. Its sad that we live less then a minute away and have to drive to the sonic on 249 and spring cypress just to get milkshakes.
