The kolache‘s and donuts were good, however customer service was horrible this was our first time there I was asking which items where what in their display case, and all they kept on telling me is to read their menu. when the menu did not have any pictures to accompany the food items in their display and It the food in the display doesn’t tell you which ones were which. Then I went to pay and I apologized to them for not understanding the menu and needing help and all they said was “ok ok ok”When I left I decided to call to speak to the owner of the business or the manager but they told me “Who wants to know?” and then they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the number for the manager or owner, anyways and hung up on meThis is a very rude establishment I will not go back.
Orderd a dozen donuts this morning. The donuts tasted 2 days old. The staff was pushy and rude. I would not recommend.

The donuts are incredibly light and fluffy! I guess that’s where the snowflake in the name comes from lol. The shop attendant was extremely friendly and even threw in some free donut bites and a yummy chocolate bar as well. I will return
